Bonus Feb 7 Roleplay and Q&A being effective in court

Posted on February 9th, 2018 by Marc Stevens

Bonus Feb 7 Role-play and Q&A being effective in court.  Short bonus segment to the Feb 7 show where we do a little role-play to help prepare for court and I take some Q&A.

We role-play to help defend ourselves more effectively in court.  Nothing they say should be a shock and leave you without a defense.  Assume everything is a lie and ask leading questions to make them prove their assertions are true.

We use basic logic, the burden is always on the accuser.  That is why we always focus on the prosecution’s supporting evidence.  Their claims must be based on evidence and a witness with personal knowledge of the matters they are testifying to.  Since they claim their laws apply to us, they need personal knowledge of that.  Our leading questions should bring out there is no supporting evidence.

I will be doing my best to get a bonus segment every week.
