Once again I messed up with the external mic. I spoke with Bruce Washburn, Scottsdale city attorney and while I have video, I did not get the important part, the audio.
Bruce found fault with the question and did not want to answer, as all the other bureaucrats and politicians have, that they operate on the belief that if I’m physically in Arizona, then the laws of the “state” of Arizona apply to me.
He stated whether he has evidence to prove the laws are applicable to me is a question to be resolved in court. This is illogical and a bit insulting. Bruce seems to forget it’s his burden and something he does everyday. Also, as I mentioned, we have brought it up in court, it doesn’t get resolved, unless by resolved we mean a judge screaming contempt.
It is another example where someone applying laws to peaceful people cannot provide one fact to actually prove the laws apply. The video from of my confrontation with the city council is here.
