First Court Success in Ireland

Posted on November 2nd, 2015 by Marc Stevens

A big congrats to Keith in Ireland for defending himself against a bogus complaint and being the 1st I’ve helped in Ireland.  Also thanks for providing me with the documentary proof.

While this was not a direct government attack, it did depend on the complicity of the government types in the courts.  Keith stuck to challenging jurisdiction and the plaintiff’s attorney withdrew.

This is because all courts and government agents use public relations words such as “law” to cover up their violence.  The phrase “territorial jurisdiction” is commonly used; in lay terms it means people called the “court” have control over people and property in a declared geographic area, such as Ireland.  The common belief is that if one is physically in Ireland, then the laws of the government apply.

There’s no evidence to support this claim though, I have many examples where proponents of this claim cannot provide anything but logical fallacies when asked for evidence.  If you think there is evidence, please feel free to call into a live broadcast and present it.

@ Branka, it was basically what I wrote in the article, you challenge them on jurisdiction. We want the facts, always an issue of fact, not law. I’d stay away from those guys, if you study their material, verify everything. Didn’t know there was a problem subscribing, I’ll check it out.

Off topic: Marc, is the Dartmouth case cited as Trustees of Dartmouth College v. Woodward ?

Well done, stick to the facts, no matter how counter intuitive it may seem at first. Those Winston Shrout types are confusing people. Congrats.
