Judicial Hypocrisy in Alabama – Lawyers Pretending to Have Principles

Posted on February 13th, 2015 by Marc Stevens

shalt-not-stealJudges with principles, there’s a never ending supply of jokes with that.  The facts demonstrate judges have no principles, they are violent control freaks.  After all, what kind of people are attracted to positions of domination and irresponsibility?

In this video I show the hypocrisy of these people.  They claim to have religious beliefs, such as the Ten Commandments, but the facts tell a different story.  They don’t really believe “Thou shalt not steal…”  They believe that non-government types like me should not steal, but for those called government it’s okay, even moral.  It’s a sin to resist them stealing from you.

It should be “Thou shalt not steal without a majority vote.”  The original article was deleted, so here is the cache version.

Roy Moore and his ilk only give lip service to their principles, because when they conflict with their dominance over us, they set them aside.  After all, government, such as the Alabama Supreme Court, relies on stealing to exist.  Think Roy has a problem with stealing when it is the source of his salary and pension?  If you ask him you’ll witness him violate the commandment about bearing false witness.

Marc, you really shouldn’t comment, citing something that you’re antithetical to, to begin with, to make a point out of context. The source text is replete with examples of Christ and the apostles and the prophets preceding them doing works of immediate necessity, mercy and piety on the Sabbath.

    – Pulling livestock out of a pit on the Sabbath,
    – Tending to livestock, a 365 day responsibility,
    – Healing the sick on the Sabbath day,
    – Preaching on the Sabbath day,
    – Baptising on the Sabbath day.
    – Preparing meals for family and visitors on the Sabbath day, etc.
    – and yes, even putting-out fires – some of which are political, on the Sabbath day.

Now you may want to reinforce the jew (Edomite) plutocracy’s control of society via the ancient method of exploiting peoples sexuality, but many of us love our neighbours enough to expose it and end it. ref. as introduction http://www.amazon.com/Libido-Dominandi-Liberation-Political-Control/dp/1587314657/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1423847529&sr=1-1&keywords=e.+michael+jones

Much has been documented about dopamine’s and adernaline’s addictive nature as corresponding to actual gray-matter change (biologically reinforcing a dependancy) as overused (misused) via sexual depravity (ref. as introduction youtube.com/watch?v=OtQBxsf1st8 and youtube.com/watch?v=37uS3NR9rOw)

Keep “preaching” about no government and the evils of government in-and-of-itself, that’s fine if you really believe that destroying that narrative will eliminate the plutocracies on-going and increasing misuse of the world. However, please keep in mind (according to the narrative **evidence**) that it was the jew Pharisees (practising the anti-Hebrew oral tradition – later Talmud) that condemned Christ for doing good works on the Sabbath day – i.e. the same model you used for your rant.

But the source material is fantasy. Poorly written fantasy at that.

  4. Boyntonstu Says:

On what set of facts do you rely on to declare that a man that you called “Jesus” existed.

A single recording made before the year 70 would be a starter.

AFAIK No one who lived at the supposed time of Jesus ever mentioned him.

As for chief judge Moore, he said that his version of Ten Commandments were a applicable in Alabama and therefore lawful.

Wrong! One of his 10 is “Thou shall not kill”.

How can a person be lawfully executed in Alabama?

(The correct translation is “”Thou shall not murder”.)

  5. Truth Seeker Says:

    Latamer,

Hold on there a second. You seem to assume that just because some good works immersions and emergency repairs occurred on the Sabbath, that it somehow changed things. Wrong, …the Sabbath is still the same Sabbath it was when Yeshua walked the earth. You know, the same yom(day) Twistianity violates every venerable sun-day?

One other thing, it was a few of the UNBELIVING Pharisees that misunderstood the tanakh, not all of them. Careful you don’t throw out the baby with the bath water. Recall how Sha’ul (Paul) stated he was a Pharisee at Acts 23:6?

Now Sha’ul, perceiving that one part were Sadducees and the other Pharisees, cried out in the council, “Men, brothers, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee, I am being judged concerning the expectation and resurrection of the dead!”

  6. Latimer the Cat Says:

    @ Incubus,

It’s not unexpected that you assume logos to argue against the Logos. It is after all classic Edomite thought. Thanks for the exemplification.

  8. Damon Says:

Peace be with you, It has been a while since I have posted here.

    There are two kinds of governments. The governments of men and the government of God. Mans government works like this;

Men elect/appoint other men to exercise authority over their neighbor to provide them with welfare and benefits. This is a statutory corvee system of bondage that is no different from what Rome and Egypt had. This system results in the use of force over your neighbor to acquire the tribute needed to “fund” it.

Gods government uses the free will offerings of the people to provide for the welfare and needy of “society” through faith, hope , and charity. It is the only alternative system that thrives and flourishes.

You see, one is not really loving their neighbor as themselves if they are willing to appoint authoritarian benefactors to exercise authority over their neighbor to force their neighbor to provide them with benefits. This is coveting thy neighbors goods. No different then “public education” or “health care”. Everyone thinks it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for what they want. That is why they are back in the “bondage of Egypt”. If I think it is ok to force you to pay for my child’s education, to pay for my retirement, and to pay for my health care, than I am a socialist. However, I do not think it is ok to force you to pay for these things so I do not.

So, because the same measure is used to judge you, that you use to judge others, you too are in that bondage that you would burden your neighbor with. A compelled welfare system which is a religion. It is how people care for the needy of their society, through forced contributions instead of the free will offerings of the people as commanded by God.

There is a way out and it starts with repentance.

  9. Michael Scharen Says:

    Israel Asks for a King

10 Samuel told all the words of the Lord to the people who were asking him for a king. 11 He said, “This is what the king who will reign over you will claim as his rights: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. 12 Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. 13 He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. 14 He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. 15 He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. 16 Your male and female servants and the best of your cattle[c] and donkeys he will take for his own use. 17 He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. 18 When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day.”

19 But the people refused to listen to Samuel. “No!” they said. “We want a king over us. 20 Then we will be like all the other nations, with a king to lead us and to go out before us and fight our battles.”

21 When Samuel heard all that the people said, he repeated it before the Lord. 22 The Lord answered, “Listen to them and give them a king.”

Then Samuel said to the Israelites, “Everyone go back to your own town.”

  10. Andy Says:

Damon said: “Everyone thinks it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for what they want.”

    Hahahahahaha EVERYONE!!!??? You included.

  11. Michael Scharen Says:

Religion, like academia are both used to justify the most egregious acts of plunder — the violation of life, liberty, and property. Is there any argument that governments do not co-opt and infiltrate anything that begins as good and decent?

Romans 13: Submission to Governing Authorities

13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.

6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

  12. Andy Says:

Damon said: “Everyone thinks it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for what they want.”

But not really EVERYONE, right? Excluding yourself of course, because you’re God.

  13. Andy Says:

Oh my gosh, I got it so wrong. If it’s everyone but you, you’re not God, you’re Satan! Agghh!!!!

Listen, if you’re going to just make stuff up, you’d be wise to anticipate it coming back around to bite you.

That’s sort of the crux of Marc’s dealings with those that call themselves government.

    crux:
1: a puzzling or difficult problem: an unsolved question

2: an essential point requiring resolution or resolving an outcome

3: a main or central feature (as of an argument)

I couldn’t have said it better myself.

  14. NonEntity Says:

    Damon,
The plural of “man” is not “mans,” it’s “men.” Just wanted you to know. 😉

  15. damon Says:

Hello and peace be with you,

That is a poor translation of Romans 13, very poor. It should read something like “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers for there is no power but of God”. The word power is the Greek word exousia which is actually translated liberty in the same scriptures elsewhere.

    Here is a place that gives an accurate translation ;

    http://www.hisholychurch.net/sermon/romans13.php

    I am not God Andy but a son. A child of the Most High. We are commanded to not covet our neighbors goods. This requires responsibility on our parts. If one desires liberty one must desire it just as much for one’s neighbor or one will stay in bondage. That is what it is, bondage. A statutory system of social welfare that enslaves men because they think it is fine to exercise authority over their neighbor to force contributions to provide benefits. A good example of the responsibility I am talking about is educating one’s children at home. If one is sending their children to be educated by the STATE , then one thinks it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for such “education”. When in fact the responsibility of educating one’s child is the parents. Does this make sense? Rome had an identical social welfare system of statutory bondage. People have not been diligent but slothful. They have been slothful in protecting their neighbors liberty as much as they would try to protect their own. This is why they are back under tribute to authoritarian benefactors who exercise authority one over the other as it is written;
Pro_12:24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
As long as people think it is fine to force their neighbor to pay for their welfare by electing authoritarian benefactors to exercise authority over their neighbor to provide benefits for them at the expense of their neighbor they will remain in that bondage.

Psa_69:22 Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.

Touching 1 Samuel 8 there, verses 7-9 are interesting. One may note that to have an earthly king or “political ruler” is to “serve other gods”. God/gods is translated from the Hebrew word elohym which means judges magistrates.

People need to first look at themselves. They are the problem. The ones elected are doing what they were elected to do, exercise authority over ones neighbor to force contributions to provide those who voted with benefits and welfare. One needs to first look at themselves and realize they are part of the problem of this. This is hard to do. We think we are better when we are not. We are pretty rotten.

    This is what He was talking about when He said;

Luk 22:25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
Luk 22:26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

If one wants their liberty they have to serve one another. They have to care as much if not more about their neighbor’s liberty as they do their own. This is why God’s kingdom works. If everyone was as diligent about their neighbors liberty as they were their own you wouldn’t have to worry about your neighbor trying to force you to pay for their welfare. So how do you care one for the other? I will tell you and as you can see , forcing ones neighbor to pay for ones welfare does not work. It will always collapse. It is socialism.

Gods kingdom provides for the needy through free will offerings by faith , hope , and charity through the perfect law of liberty. This was the “sacrifice” being spoken of in what is termed the “Old Testament”. It was never about animals being slaughtered. It was to be a gift, a free will offering laid upon the “altar”. It was a “burnt sacrifice” because you no longer had any power over it to do what you would with it but gave it to the “Levites” so that they could distribute it to them who had need. All metaphors. People read the scriptures today and think they know what they are saying when in fact they have no idea, just like the Pharisees had no idea. They thought God wanted the blood of goats when He was talking about giving to the poor and loving your neighbor as yourself.

If we do not repent and begin to care for one another as much as we do our own selves, then one may not survive the “fit of tyranny” that socialism always gives birth too. This is not only you, but also the ones you love and your children. do we care about their liberty? Do I? Do you?

Thank you for the correction on man v.s. men entity.

    Peace be with you. I am not in an adversarial position with anyone here. If anyone is interested in a better understanding of how these governments work and why one may be back in the bondage of Egypt see;

  16. Latimer the Cat Says:

    @ Boyntonstu,

I was given some grief (appropriately) for posting this in the wrong area. Oppps! Not so great internet skills, but I do take correction.

As to evidence that Christ exists, it’s been there all along as confirmed in many literary sources of the time of his physical being on earth. Why do you accept documents “written by men” (or even testimonies for that matter) “given by men” or e-posts “written by men” as given in the trivium process that Mark uses if men are as “unreliable” as you’ve implied in your objection to Christ’s existence? Isn’t arbitrary application a fallacy issue according to your own process?

Your issue, and the “religious” naturalists that you associate with, is not “evidence” per-say, rather, it’s your antitheses to understanding and accepting it apart from your non-theistic narrative assumptions. Your “religious” false dichotomy (non-theism being not religious as-opposed-to theism being religious) at route in your error will always reflect the starting-point of your “religious” position that you currently hold “believe” (i.e. exercise faith) in – just like with everyone else. Conclusions reflect assumptions. Listen to the show, why do you think judges always conclude statutes and codes apply? (because they assume what?) Your question is couched, as is all knowledge applied by men in your particular world-view (collection of narrative assumptions) that you hold to and act on by faith. Yes, you’re as religious as the rest of humanity. You are either deceived like the Edomite influenced masses (granting charity) or you’re aware of the context distinction and choose to ignore it (showing lack of integrity) exhibiting the same behavior of what Mark exposes in judges, lawyers and cops, etc, who work within the subverting Edomite parasite paradise. I don’t know which one.

I’m thankful that you answered your own out-of-context objection on the commandment. Your objection was made (intentionally or not) using an atypical Edomite spin of the text “devoid of context” differing from Mark’s error of importing a erroneous context. (No condemnation, granted we all make errors.) Both are standard for anti-Logos types using logic (while assumptively denying its source) via their non-Theistic religious systems. It’s nice to see that you correctly clarified and answered you own objection at the end of your post. The context is killing unlawfully or murder. Not merely killing.

I have like everyone else, [have -LtC] a full plate and limited time to answer questions. I hope this was helpful.

Please share with us one of the “many literary sources”.

  18. Michael Scharen Says:

    Damon,

Thank you for that input. So many decent, pure ideals are corrupted by these arbitrary power structures, it is difficult to get the best information.

  19. Boyntonstu Says:

What facts do you have that I am under the jurisdiction of a book called “Bible” just because I am physically on Earth.

  20. damon Says:

    Peace be with you Boyntonstu,

I never claimed you were “under the jurisdiction of the Bible” if the question is addressed to me. The reality is, you, like everyone else, have been given over to bondage by your parents before you were able to make choices on your own. Most likely they “sold” you into slavery in a system of statutory bondage strapped with debt that their parents also laid upon them through covetous practices. The truth is we have been slothful in caring for one another as we are commanded. Since we have avoided the perfect law of liberty (God’s law) people are forced to care for those in need (and those who are not/abusers) when one should be doing it through free will offerings and liberty under God and not forced contributions at the hand of authoritarian benefactors who exercise authority over ones neighbor to provide welfare at the expense of said neighbor.

Everyone is subject to the law of God. It is inescapable. Everyone knows His law from the least even unto the greatest. Example, everyone knows it is wrong to lie. Everyone. There is that still voice inside that tells you. One can try to suppress it and it becomes easier to lie the more one does. One still knows it is wrong however. It is internal. This is EXACTLY the reason that ignorance of the law is NO excuse. Actually, disobedience to His law leads to bondage. Hence the current state of affairs. Men have chosen “other gods/lawgivers” to provide for their welfare. They have rejected God and chosen the “kings of the earth” just like they did in Samuel. Now the people are starting to “cry out” for the kings they have chosen. They have forced their “brother” into bondage because they covet (tenth command) their neighbors stuff. This is the story of Joseph, remember?

This is also why love fulfills the law. If one was truly loving their neighbor as themselves they would not be forcing their neighbor into statutory bondage to get benefits. One does not lie to whom they love. One does not kill/murder whom they love. One does not covet from whom they love especially in a way that burdens them with bondage and debt. If one does these things to whom they love one might question if they do and in fact really love whom they say they do. One will not commit adultery with someone’s wife if they “love their neighbor as themselves”. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. No one wants to be lied to. No one wants another to force them to do things and so on.

It goes back to people not taking responsibility not only for themselves but for others. One needs to be able to at least admit (confess) these things before they can think about liberty from it. I am not trying to “beat” anyone up here. It is important to show the reasons for the “hard bondage” and to know there is a way out. It takes a virtuous people to maintain a virtuous “government”. The “STATE” unfortunately, is a reflection of the people and their “spiritual” condition. A good example of this is the “Affordable Health Care Act”. It is just an extension of peoples covetousness. If it is o.k. to force my neighbor to pay for my welfare, my children’s education, and benefits, why not make them pay for my health care as well, hence the added “tax” under what they call a “penalty”. Medi-care not enough to cover the costs…make them pay more.

2Pe 2:3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Have the people been made merchandise? Have they been strapped with bondage and become surety for debt? Are they placing the same burdens on their own children and cursing them with debt and bondage? The courts and the corrupt judges and their sorcery/hocus pocus with their “words of art” are only symptoms.

Religion has always been how you have cared for your fellow man. Not ones “idea” about God. The “modern” religion is no different then Rome’s religion of social welfare and how they cared for the needy (and abusers)through forced contributions. Socialism is a religion. Christ did not preach some fantasy, He preached an alternative government that did not use force to care for the needy of “society” but “free will offerings” through faith, hope, and charity by and through the perfect law of liberty.

2Co_3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

If that word spirit is hard for people to swallow use “character” figuratively instead. Hence you are to “put on” Christ.

    Peace be with you

If It is in our power to do good for someone in need should we do it?

If you will not answer mine how then can you expect another to answer yours?

I will add that rebellion and disobedience to Gods law leads to bondage and captivity. Just like we see today. The people are in bondage to a statutory welfare system that uses force to provide for the “benefits”. This is the service “at the barrel of a gun” that Marc talks a lot about but does not fully understand why it is so. One cannot force their neighbor to pay for their welfare and force them to provide benefits and expect to be at liberty. Marc is looking at the wrong people. It is not them, the politicians, judges, magistrates, the bureaucrats although some of them are wholly corrupted. They are doing what they have been appointed to do, mostly by you, the people that elect them if you are one of those. If you are not one of those are you a participant and a taker of the “benefits”? the social welfare.

Everyone is taking a “bite” out of their neighbor at the expense of their neighbor. So people curse their children with debt because people want the things now. Put it on the tab, huh? People want others to educate their children for “free”. So they force their neighbor to pay for it by electing authoritarian benefactors who exercise authority. Who’s fault is it? The ones electing or the elected? Who uses the benefit? We need to look at ourselves first, and stop blaming everyone else for the bondage people find themselves in.

What if we actually depended on one another through faith and free will offerings for our old age instead of depending on others to use that force (barrel of a gun) to make your neighbor pay for it. We should be able to depend on one another without being forced to do so. One is forced because one REFUSES to care for his neighbor out of love and charity. Instead they covet what their neighbor has and seek to force them to pay for what they want today regardless of what debt they will curse their children with.

If one really, really wants them to stop using force to make you provide for the benefits perhaps one needs stop taking those ‘benefits’ and take responsibility for themselves and one another. If one sends their children to “public school” they are part of the problem. If one is taking food stamps then one is part of the problem and so on. Granted some folks have a legitimate need. However one needs to change their heart and their mind about these things. Realize it is his own fault that his neighbor is in bondage then forgive his neighbor for placing him in the same type of bondage. If one does not realize first he is the problem then how can he begin to be part of the solution? Know your enemy right?

If one does not wish to answer a question which has a very obvious answer, so be it. If one wants to believe Gods law applies or does not, so be it. However, if one thinks it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for their food, phones, heat, child’s education, health care, welfare and retirement and expect to be “free” is a fool. Do you do this to your neighbor? I address “you” if it applies to “you”.

    The evidence is all around us if one if we can open our eyes to see it. It is a fact that the majority of people are back in the bondage of Egypt. The fact is, the large majority of people believe it is ok to take a bite out of their neighbor and force them to pay for their benefits and welfare. Since one has laid these burdens on his fellow man the same burden is laid upon him because one is judged by the same judgment one renders as it is written;

Mat_7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Because one has judged it is ok to force their neighbor to provide welfare that same judgment is brought back to them and they are forced. Forget “facts”. This is the truth. This is no secret. It is right there for all to see if they would just take a minute to do so. In 1 Samuel 8 we are told exactly what they will do if one elects men to exercise authority. Why are people surprised. Why do people try to blame everyone else for what they to be blamed for?

If one does not want to agree they are bound by God’s law (do not lie, do not steal, do not covet anything that is thy neighbors) then I see them as confused, but so what. They have been given that liberty to believe what they will. One should be able to readily grasp though, that one cannot force their neighbor into bondage and at the same time expect to be “free”. One should readily grasp that one cannot send their children to be educated by strangers and then say “I am responsible”. One should be able to readily grasp that to take the “benefit” is tacit acquiescence/agreement that it is ok to force their neighbor to pay for what they may want. Are you behind the man that uses the “barrel of the gun” to provide that “service”?

These are the issues. People are in bondage because they refuse to love one another. Instead they curse their children with debt and force their brother into bondage.

There is good news and a way out. It starts with “you”. Not with “them”.

Peace be with you Boyntonstu and all the others who read.
