Munger v. the “state” EXPOSED

Thanks to Jameson White for this article regarding a recent decision regarding the issue of standing.  Just as I’ve mentioned many times, the issue of standing when used against a government plaintiff is always “frivolous”, but it’s usually the politicians’ first line of defense.
