Why do they need to know who this man is in the first place? Soon you are going to have to register your house or apartment keys with the local police precinct because it will be illegal to have privacy.

Notice they call him a criminal yet and tell you there are warrants for his arrest but don't give you any of the so-called "crimes" he committed.
