I'm not familiar with anyone using the "buzz word" voluntaryist to traffic or any other political court.  The decision to go into a court room is usually made because it is damage control, not too many people want to be murdered for not showing up regarding a traffic ticket.

That doesn't mean one will always have to physically go to a court to stop an attack.  A motion to dismiss (demurrer in some places) based on a lack of standing (corpus delecti in criminal cases) has been effective in getting cases kicked out.

Even if the motion is denied, it has been the basis of a petition into the appellate court to get the case kicked.  Also, a pattern has developed where the motion is filed, denied without explanation and on the day of trial the cop, despite being under subpoena, doesn't show up.  The ticket is then kicked out.  This happened again Jan. 11, this past Friday, with a friend of mine.
