The person asked me "who asked the question." That was not a sincere question. It was obfuscation, an evasion of the issue. A deceit. He was changing the subject. I simply replied with as much honesty as he had shown in asking the question. I granted the question the respect it deserved. I will not knowingly be tricked into supporting a false argument.

In a discussion of who owns a book, what is the relevance of who happens to be reading it at the moment? None. It is totally irrelevant.

My talking on the phone has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not I could be considered to "own" myself. Why is this so hard for you?
