First, granted, putting this under this thread takes a bit liberty with "article". (are there 'verbal' articles?)

On to the more serious side... in listening to this interview, i found myself --noted, the arm-chair quarterback, if you will-- wishing a coupla times i could feed Marc some response ideas/terms (much like the host was being fed questions).

I thought i would post them here; perhaps that could be of aide (e.g. time saving/point succinctness/etc) to Marc in future such encounters, and/or be of overall interest in the process~

** In the first half hour, the topic came up of: where do 'Our' freedoms "come from", "God", 'Nature', "Humanity", our selves?
I agree with Mark's reply of Nature, with one caveat: factually, how do humans differ from (from being) 'Nature'? Or, how are humans factually distinct from Nature? While this may seem nit-picking, i offer that reflection upon it shows that it isn't. Grasping the significance, that there's little if any division or dichotomy, is empowering (or is it depowering viz defusing?) imho.
[personal aside: kudos to Mark for stating "God" isn't the source]

** @around the 00:30:00 point, the topic of ALL CAPS reared it's <del>ugly</del> persistent head, yet again. The key word i would have liked to slip to Marc was: tradition. And technology --or the lack thereof in the origins, shaping said tradition.
The ALL CAPS format --catch that: format-- is simply now a cultural tradition. Same as the black robes, swearing on a "Bible", rising when the "Judge" enters/leaves, Attorneys wearing suits/ties, standing where they do, etc.
The best evidence in fact --contrasted with conspiracy conjecture/Legal weaving/theorizing/hypothesizing-- is that in the days of typewriters, clerks were extremely limited in how they could distinguish things e.g. headings, titles. A typewriter totally restricts and determines font and text options, including size. For example, there was no <del>Bold</del> "Bold" option. Ditto there was no color option (or very restricted in the latter days of typewriter bi-colored ribbons). Al that, then coupled with: ALL CAPS being more easily legible (it's larger overall size, along side considering the lighting technology of the early days etc), made it easier when searching for specific Cases from amongst the plethora of stacks on the desk/filing/file cabinet folders.
[anecdotal first hand testimony: i have a daughter who worked in Municipal Gov't awhile back, who whenever sending me email when at work, did so in all caps; when i asked here why, her simple reply was: SORRY, DAD, WE TYPE EVERYTHING IN ALL CAPS HERE SO I FORGET TO TURN CAPS LOCK OFF. tip: tradition viz we've always done it this way? --or-- of course [sic], EVERYTHING they type is a legal fiction PERSON... (?)]

* But in summary, the key response answer to what's up with all caps: Tradition (or TRADITION)
[whether the shrewd Attorneys later saw it (leaked it?) as an opportunity to side track Patriots/Citizen-Subjects, like a hunter lures his prey, and the fisherman lures his catch, well, that's a whole nuther rabbit trail; ditto whether the hypothesis that the NAME in all caps is magical to some/all of Them]

** @round the 00:36:00min point: kudos to Marc, when the host said the gumbits challenged about States being nothing but DBAs reveal they are in a state of confusion, he added they are in a state of deflection. (granting, said deflection may include deflecting away from their confusion/cognitive dissonance or intoxication/delusion)

** @round the 00:58:00min point: the subject of "home schooling" came up. While i generally agree with Marc's response, here's to folks considering unschooling [facebook] or nonSchooling (not 2b confused with NonEschooling *shiver* dog forbid!) --and Marc suggesting/mentioning that option/route!

** @round the 01:00:00hr point: wow. What an insightful, provocative, challenging question; particularly for me in the vein of Christians/Muslim's adopting children, thus the element of indoctrination, coercion, etc. [tho Marc only got into considering the situation of "gay" parents and not Religious(s)]

** @round the 01:02:00 point: kudos again to Marc for openness (and logically consistent reasoning) about "marriage" ("union") being a voluntary agreement between two (or more) consenting individuals.

** @round the 01:28:00 point, the issue of "Abortion" came up; where it seems interesting to me that Marc responded using the expression "belief" (and "sacred"); ok, so how does that differ from belief in "rights", "The Constitution", etc? Not to be coming from a challenge of the aspect of enforcement, per se, other than to ask, why is it belief on this topic rather than going for the facts and evidence? Marc said, "You know you're dealing with tyrant when they try to restrict your choices".
Isn't the issue with "pro choice", considering the innocent's choice --but yet who has the authority to define such regarding a woman's zygote/fetus/baby/"human" "life"? Aren't the terms chosen indicative of judgement? Belief? Emotion? Based upon what evidence in fact? [see Marc's parallel with "war" vs "murder" towards the end of the interview]
The host touched on the crucial issue: is there aggression against a zygote? a fetus? etc. Is the tyranny in the word choice?

And thus the question seldom addressed: apart from the apparatus of The State/Government(s), what will YOU (personally) do to one who exercises their choice ("pro"/"free"/"against")?
And what will YOU do to the one (or more) who acts upon their belief against the one who exercised said choice? (including choosing the word for said action, of "defense"?)
Who decides who's the "aggressor" or the "initiator of violence"? Where's the Authority? [genuinely, sincerely asked; eyi dunno/i'm unsure]

General consideration:

** Remind listeners regularly that getting to "no State" aka voluntary society requires a wide spread shift of thinking, a paradigm shift, from where most folks are now.
[i'd recommend including this being done more on the No State Project Broadcast]

Kudos to Mr Ott, for, into the hour point of the show, saying (probably out of history/habit) "free Citizens", then checking that, and saying "free people"! (noting in a late comment that he was "reformulating my speaking to relate to you"; paradigm shift on the fly?!)

Kudos to Marc, for yet again, another fine job. Particularly from what appeared to me to be a Constitutionalist/Patriotic/Republican-Conservative/Religious/Politically-inclined broadcast (judging from the listener questions) for persisting in shifting the focus back to the core issues of no evidence, the hypocrisy, and the initiation of violence.
Marc also remarked: "Let them go form their own little community and eat themselves" --which begs the question of who has the Authority to determine said "community" (which is but the yet to be examined challenge about land as "property"? --see the infamous Property Thread(s)); will there next be the "No Community Project"?!?
The last couple shows on the NSP, I seem to recall Marc, and a couple callers talk about filing "insurance claims" against cops, lawyers, judges, etc. and I'm wondering if this is similar to the UCC1 form which can be filed as a lien against whomever transgresses upon whomever for whatever non-victim malum prohibitum offense...
Now, where I struggle is:

1. Do you have to be one of these "Secured Party Creditors (SPC's) in order to file this lien?
2. Would it be better to file a claim against the insurance agency itself rather than the phoney UCC stuff? (Yes, I know it's real, but it's "their" system, their plausible deniability, and they are under no obligation to follow their own rules, so it has literally no practical or meaningful effect)

3. Would filing such a complaint/lien constitute a breach of the non-aggression principle? a) I can see that it does because it violates "do-no-harm", but b) It could be considered defensive because they (the alleged "state") have already moved to harm you and in response would simply be reacting to their offensive moves by taking steps to hurt and discourage them in the only place they do feel...Their wallets.

Brain Pickings has pointed me to an interesting idea as written in the book The Creative Act, by Arthur Koestler. Years ago I was introduced to another book, The Gift of Dyslexia, which examined the manner in which the dyslexic brain is different from the more normal, or linear, brain and how that is both advantageous and disadventageous depending upon the desired outcome. I've not yet read The Creative Act although I have downloaded a free PDF copy (go here for listings). I offer this stuff up here as I imagine that at least Eye2 and perhaps many others may find this to be intriguing stuff.

The article Wrote:A pillar of Koestler’s theory is the difference between bisociation and mere association, and the criteria for true creativity inhabit that very difference:

The term ‘bisociation’ is meant to point to the independent, autonomous character of the matrices which are brought into contact in the creative act, whereas associative thought operates among members of a single pre-existing matrix.

The linked article ends with this line.

Quote:Confessions of a Sociopath

Remorse is alien to me. I have a penchant for deceit. I am generally free of entangling and irrational emotions. I am strategic and canny, intelligent and confident, but I also struggle to react appropriately to other people's confusing and emotion-driven social cues.

I was not a victim of child abuse, and I am not a murderer or a criminal. I have never skulked behind prison walls; I prefer mine to be covered in ivy. I am an accomplished attorney and law professor, a well-respected young academic who regularly writes for law journals and advances legal theories. I donate 10 percent of my income to charity and teach Sunday school for the Mormon Church. I have a close circle of family and friends whom I love and who very much love me. Does this sound like you? Recent estimates say that one in every 25 people is a sociopath. But you're not a serial killer, never imprisoned? Most of us aren't. Only 20 percent of male and female prison inmates are sociopaths, although we are probably responsible for about half of all serious crimes committed. Nor are most sociopaths incarcerated. In fact, the silent majority of sociopaths live freely and anonymously, holding down jobs, getting married, having children. We are legion and diverse.

You would like me if you met me. I have the kind of smile that is common among television show characters and rare in real life, perfect in its sparkly teeth dimensions and ability to express pleasant invitation. I'm the sort of date you would love to take to your ex's wedding—fun, exciting, the perfect office escort. And I'm just the right amount of successful so that your parents would be thrilled if you brought me home.

Perhaps the most noticeable aspect of my confidence is the way I sustain eye contact. Some people have called it the "predator stare." Sociopaths are unfazed by uninterrupted eye contact. Our failure to look away politely is also perceived as being aggressive or seductive. It can throw people off balance, but often in an exciting way that imitates the unsettling feeling of infatuation. Do you ever find yourself using charm and confidence to get people to do things for you that they otherwise wouldn't? Some might call it manipulation, but I like to think I'm using what God gave me.
I was a perceptive child, but I couldn't relate to people beyond amusing them, which was just another way for me to make them do what or behave how I wanted them to. I didn't like to be touched and I rejected affection. The only physical contact I sought usually entailed violence. The father of a friend in grade school had to pull me aside and sternly ask me to stop beating his daughter. She was a skinny, stringy thing with a goofy laugh, as if she were asking to be slapped. I didn't know that I was doing something bad. It didn't even occur to me that it would hurt her or that she might not like it.

...

Regardless of my laziness and general lack of interest, I was actually a great lawyer when I was trying. At one point, I worked as a prosecutor in the misdemeanor department of the district attorney's office. My sociopathic traits make me a particularly excellent trial lawyer. I'm cool under pressure. I feel no guilt or compunction, which is handy in such a dirty business. Misdemeanor prosecutors almost always have to walk into a trial with cases they've never worked on before. All you can do is bluff and hope that you'll be able to scramble through it. The thing with sociopaths is that we are largely unaffected by fear. Besides, the nature of the crime is of no moral concern to me; I am interested only in winning the legal game.

zeZebra provides you with free digital availability, helping you send and receive any type of digital media (documents, photographs, videos, etc.) at any size, to and from anywhere across the Internet, for free.
For the first time, zeZebra is all in one. For us, size doesn't matter. You can send whatever you want – and we'll deliver. No excuses, no spam, no complications, no fee. It's free, really free. At the same time, knowing how private your files are, we maintain our service as private and as secured as possible. Your files do not flow through our servers. Desktops (PC/Mac), Tablets, & Smartphones.

zeZebra uses unique technologies and encryption to make sure no one, besides the receivers you want to get the files will have access to it.

You don’t need to register but you do need to add your name and email address so that people who receive your digital media or people who want to send you digital media will know it’s you.

Select the digital media you wish to send from your computer. A "share link" will be created and copied to your clipboard. You can paste the copied link into any type of message or service (email, facebook etc…)

When the receiver gets the zeZebra link, they will be given the option to download zeZebra in order to receive the digital media you sent.

zeZebra has been established by the Total Availability team, a group of internet addicted users who realized it is way too difficult to send files, any kind of files, to friends; whether costly, complicated, slow, not private, limited in size or not safe, there is no single solution which is as cool, simple and free as zeZebra. Joe Satriani's newest (his 14th studio release) is out~ Unstoppable Momentum (2013)

Jason Shadrick, PremierGuitar, Wrote:... On Unstoppable Momentum, Satch sets aside the futuristic slant from his last few outings and gives his strongest performances since his self-titled 1995 release. ... The medium-tempo stomp shuffle of “Three Sheets to the Wind” brings to mind the melodicism of the Beatles without becoming derivative—a tough feat these days. Drummer Vinnie Colaiuta and bassist Chris Chaney are mostly to blame for the burning rhythmic backing that allows Satriani to explore every inch (both harmonically and dynamically) of each tune. And honestly, is there anything keyboardist Mike Keneally can’t do? The former Zappa alum’s presence is felt throughout the straight-ahead lo-fi grind of “Jumpin’ Out.”

To my ears, the true sign of a well-crafted instrumental is that you could easily imagine lyrics going along with the melody. On “Can’t Go Back,” Satriani begins with a new wave-ish groove before launching into a wah-drenched melody á la “Cool #9.” For the Satriani army, this will be a welcome return to a stripped-down sound that relies a little less on futuristic themes and motifs and more on what inspired many of his followers—a cool guitar plugged into a loud amp.
Person vs Man
Legal Tender vs Money

One man's truth is another man's lie.

I've heard it said, to own (claim ownership of) nothing, but control everything.

My parents named my name: Not ME, my NAME was named.

I am that I am, and I am not my body. Besides, my body is merely on loan; to be returned to its rightful owner at some future moment.

Upon the birth of my body, legislation demanded the creation of a legal title. Said legislation demanded the legal title be held (vested in) by another.

What was I before the creation of this “legal title”? Am I any different following the creation of this “legal title”? And what am I now?

This is not my beautiful house; legal title is vested (held by) in another.
This is not my beautiful wife; who exactly was “married” ... did I participate in what scripture describes as a marriage OR what the “state” calls a “marriage”? Not to thump any bibles ... I know each has to find their own truth. I am the centre of my universe ... and you of yours ... we must however, share the light/vibration.

All commercial activity must be done (accounted for) in the name of a “legal title” ... held by another.

I see so many cogs and gears, manufactured for a sole purpose .. to hide usury. The usurer has us chasing blindly while he prints his crooked “medium's of exchange” ... and we continually and unknowingly chase his prize.

Competition vs Co-operation.
Love vs Fear.

When will the critical mass wake up?

You can't 'pay' one 'debt' with another 'debt' .... 'debt' can only be 'discharged' ... we don't 'pay' for anything ... even a loaf of bread can only be 'discharged'.

This “legal tender” nonsense, is a 'private' companies “debt instrument”.

“Money” must be qualified with both A) intrinsic value and B) a stable quality: “legal tender” having neither; unless you want a BTU of heat OR your wobbly table needs a shim.

What exactly is this “buying” and “selling” crap? And who the F are you telling me I don't have “Dominion” and can't travel anywhere on this planet without “paying” a fee for some piece of paper first?

Thanks for the red pill Marc. I know, like Morpheus, someone gave you the pill. You didn't invent it. But like a teacher, you hope, at least I hope you hope, your 'students' will one day surpass you and finally leave from under your wing and go out and become teachers of their own. Not to put you up on a pedestal but, way to go man. I think you are very close to hitting the nail on the head. When the nonsense stops, and the challenges cease, we'll know who we are and what we are capable of.

I don't want to become a legal expert! I don't want to partake in legal matters in the first place.

I am the consciousness in control of the body you see in front of you. I will present myself, willingly, to all those who make claim against me. I am responsible. I own nothing.

Brothers and Sisters, wake up.

He who holds the “legal title” is “owner”.
“Use” the house, car, boat, services and “owner” pays.
Never claim “ownership”.

“This guy owns it (pointing to birth cert) ... and here is the evidence of the 'legal title holder' ... he's the one who pays.”

Gov't holds all legal titles; Gov't owns everything. We have been divested of 'ownership' ... don't fight it .... go with it.
Worse still, such failure often encourages people to believe that they cannot control their lives. This is especially unfortunate, as even the smallest loss of perceived control can have a dramatic effect on people’s confidence, happiness, and life span.

In one classic study conducted by Ellen Langer at Harvard University, half of the residents in a nursing home were given a houseplant and asked to look after it, while the other residents were given an identical plant but told that the staff would take responsibility for it. Six months later, the residents who had been robbed of even this small amount of control over their lives were significantly less happy, healthy, and active than the others. Even more distressing, 30 percent of the residents who had not looked after their plant had died, compared to 15 percent of those who had been allowed to exercise such control. Similar results have been found in many areas, including education, career, health, relationships, and dieting. The message is clear—those who do not feel in control of their lives are less successful, and less psychologically and physically healthy, than those who do feel in control.
