Good question. But what it shows is that you've not been paying attention. They can say ANYTHING they want. They have the guns. It is NOT about justice. It is a public relations show. That is the power of Marc's ideas. He shows us how to get them to paint themselves into a corner where they reveal the fraud, and it is then in their self interest (the only interest there is) to make the case go away. It is not about justice. Repeat after me. It is not about justice.
So you have posed a great question. Now the idea is to figure out how to structure that as a part of a process wherein you get the "judge" to embarrass himself. At that point he will want to get rid of you before you do any more damage.
