Statism exists on double-standards; this proves it.
When asked, (not argued), if [us ants] provided products and/or services in the same coercive manner that government provides their products and services; wouldn’t that be considered criminal?
The obvious answer is YES, but WHY is it so hard for her to answer such a straight-forward question? Why the evasiveness?

Co dept of revenue, bunch of ruthless private contractors hiding behind title!16. So I conditionally accepted their offer upon proof of claim. Also placed a fee schedule for all efforts to defend myself against thier collection actions and would do so under title 15 fdcpa. They violated every rule in the book, racking up1500 ounces of silver, payable upon demand.
They have10 days to respond otherwise I will be having my notary send the final notice of default which I will submit as evidence as proof of my reasonable belief and a court record of there not being a controversy and evidence that a summary judgement for the outstanding invoice, also submitted as evidence. Thinking bout offering 70% to the judge for properly enforcing the contract.

I have personal, first-hand knowledge that my New Year’s “Call of Shame” wishes are coming true!
Marc Stevens and Calvin: Thank you for posting another instant classic Call of Shame!

Michael Springer: That was a very condensed version, but I know what you are saying. I have done those processes many times including BC reversal and have had 100% success including getting the IRS off my back. It truly is great and powerful. Especially Conditional Acceptances. I love being debt free know and having no relationship with the IRS. Knowledge is power. Bravo for you and always share your wealth . . .
Peace . . .

JP, can you share your methods and paperwork so that others can learn how to win?
January 18th, 2013 at 6:56 pm
@JP: BC reversal? Please explain.
On another note: The following is the only part of the code that applies:
26 C.F.R. 1.1441-1(d) – Beneficial owner’s or payee’s claim of U.S. status— (1) In general. Under paragraph (b)(1) of this section, a withholding agent is not required to withhold under chapter 3 of the Code on payments to a U.S. payee, to a person presumed to be a U.S. payee in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (b)(3) of this section, or to a person that the withholding agent may treat as a U.S. beneficial owner of the payment. Absent actual knowledge or reason to know otherwise, a withholding agent may rely on the provisions of this paragraph (d) in order to determine whether to treat a payee or beneficial owner as a U.S. person.
If you are a US citizen thus a US payee you are exempt from withholding.

I am wondering why there have been no answers on how JP actually did this process that produces 100% success. If this were me I would be shouting it from the roof-tops. I have seen these statements on other sites like this, but when asked for some details you never see anymore posts. It’s regrettable that leads to only one conclusion when this happens every time on different sites, damn shame.

@Gene: Some people are not wanting to put more of their private information out there than necessary. However, we did *hide* the SUCCESS STORIES link right next to the Call-of-Shame for the critics, why not give it a look? You might find what you are complaining about is lacking (there’s some evidence on complaints being kicked around there somewhere…). Damn shame.

No, Calvin I regret that the “Success Stories” section did not answer the question that PatriotOne asked JP and what I commented on. Especially (for me) how he got the IRS off his back. I’m sure PatriotOne’s question could have been answered without giving JP’s personal information. I was not trying to be disruptive I was merely pointing out what I have experienced and my feelings on it. If I had offended anyone by making that observation comment I do apologize

Gene, you’ll have to forgive Cerberus..er, I mean Calvin. He often barks before he thinks. It seems to happen more and more lately. It takes too much damn time to actually READ what someone writes. Much easier to just bark.
Darwin had his “bulldog” Huxley, Marc has Calvin.
