#CoS – May 23, 2013 – New Hampshire Senior Assistant Attorney General: “I just have NO IDEA”

Posted on May 25th, 2013 by Marc Stevens

As part of our investigative efforts here at the No STATE Project, we are persistently searching for truth behind the flat-out dogmatic assumption that “the code and constitution actually apply to anyone.”  We can confidently conclude that based on the lack of an obvious answer to such an obvious question; the code does not just simply apply.

As mentioned on the 25 May 2013 No State Project, this call is part of my investigation about the applicability of the constitution and laws in New Hampshire.  The local bureaucrats in Antrim had either failed to respond with evidence the laws they apply everyday actually apply to us, or they claimed it was a question for the attorney general’s office.  My calls to Scott Lester, the police chief and to Michael Beausoleil, the lawyer prosecuting Ian Freeman of Free Talk Live and the Liberty Radio Network, have gone unanswered.

I finally got to speak with a lawyer at the attorney general’s office 23 May 2013.  This is Sue McGinnis, a senior assistant attorney general.  Despite saying it’s “commonly known” the law applies to everyone, when pressed for evidence all she has are platitudes and “I have no idea.”

If it’s “commonly known” the laws apply to everyone, then there would be evidence to prove this.  When asked, those applying the law would not evade, hang up in anger, they would answer with the evidence.  Those with evidence and acting in good faith just provide the evidence for others to evaluate.  Criminals find every excuse to cover up and divert attention away from their lack of evidence.

It’s not “commonly known”.  It’s a common misconception; and only because people fear those psychopaths with guns (governments) and don’t want to go to jail, or be killed.

Marc take this as a constructive criticism if nothing else. Lately it seems in some of your calls of shame there is a hint of hostility or frustration in the tone of your voice. It’s subtle but noticeable. It’s understandable as you’re likely elbow deep in this crap on a daily basis, but I think these people are picking up on it and for them it is off-putting. They’re engaging defense mode quicker than usual. One of the things I’ve always admired about you is your zen-like approach and attitude. I’d hate to see you let these people get the best of you and squander such a valuable trait.

My two cents. Maybe it’s vacation time, eh?

  2. George Sanders Says:

Marc, I take the exact opposite position as Incubus. I say keep on doing what you are doing. That these psychopaths are more quickly dismissing you validates my belief that someone has likely issued a memo to the government psychopath community regarding your methodology and now they are even quicker to dismiss you as the legendary “crackpot” who dares to challenge their personal belief system.

  3. Incubus Says:

“Marc, I take the exact opposite position as Incubus. I say keep on doing what you are doing.”

My position was never for Marc to stop doing what he is doing.

    Nice try though.

  4. Dan Says:

“I have no idea”. Can we rack that up with “Because we said so”?

  5. Chuck Renault Says:

Marc, perhaps a new approach is necessary. How about opening with; “My name is Marc Stevens, I am a broadcaster and investigative reporter attempting to run down proof and evidence that corporate rules and policies apply to anyone who is NOT contracted with the corporation. Due to the fact that everything today is under contract, how does any corporate rule or policy affect anyone NOT under contract with any specific corporation?” Additionally, how does one become a “citizen of a corporation”? One question I really like to inflict on these morons is; “Your answer to my next question is very important, and MUST be answered truthfully. Do you agree that your response shall be noted as being under penalty of perjury? Are you in fact a government employee? Is your employer a corporation? If your employer is a corporation, how do you explain your assumption that you in fact represent government of any kind? We the people are the government, you are merely a corporate employee functioning under an illusion of grandeur. There are so many my friend, you can regroup any of the above and gain ground. For what it’s worth, I hope you can use some of this to trap the prey and get them to put their answers in writing.

Marc I love your wealth of knowledge and what you do.We as people cannot live free under this system, your correct when you say we are living under mafia rule,on the wrong side of the gun.If life liberty and the pursuit happyness is to continue in this country, then government as we know it needs to be seriously reduced.

  7. WhipCracker Says:

@ Chuck Renault: Your comments have been my thoughts on this for quite some time. How can a corporation trump the government, (the living souls, ‘peons’, us, being the government)?

  8. WhipCracker Says:

    “I have no idea”
Gotta admit – the most honest crook you have questioned so far.

  9. shawn Says:

they claim to get personum jurisdiction through service of process, and issuance of the complaint

    @Shawn

If the Court has validly served a Summons & Complaint
they have started the engine of the Process train

“The federal government itself is but a corporation, created by the grant or charter of the separate states; if that is inviolable by the power of a state, each of its provisions is so; each state, in its most sovereign capacity, by the people thereof, in a convention, have made it a supreme law of the state, paramount to any state constitution then in existence, or which may be thereafter adopted.”

“all governments are corporations, created by usage and common consent”

“They” worship the corporate image (IDOL) and can not see the actual facts do not come close to the ideals the IDOL is supposed to uphold.

  13. Geodfreid Says:

@3:28 the lady does answer your question very clearly,,,,,If you are a “person” then the codes, rules, regs, codes and statutes definitely apply.

If you are not a “person or whoever” then of course the constitutions, laws, rules, Regs, codes and statutes do not apply.
These people are actually answering your questions, but the ears must hear the answer.
