Tyranny Spotlight: Cheril Hardy Tarrant County Judge

Tyranny Spotlight: Cheril Hardy Tarrant County Judge

Posted on February 12, 2018 by Marc Stevens

Cheril S. Hardy has gotten a lot of attention on the No State Project recently because she put Bao in jail and forced a psychological evaluation on him for asking a question.  Yes, asking a question. I found more information about this petty tyrant than the previous lawyer in the spotlight, Steven W. Myhre.   Ms. […]

10 Feb – Can We Just Stop the Sovereign Crap Already?

Posted on February 10, 2018 by Marc Stevens

I can’t believe we still have to talk about this sovereign/freeman type crap.  There is no evidence those called government are trying to contract with us.  Cops are not unwitting contract enforcers, the birth certificate and driver’s license are not contracts. They are men and women forcing our compliance and payment; contracts involve freely given […]

Infamous Witt from Gilbert, Arizona called again to discuss the morality of the US government dropping two atom bombs on Japan, killing 200,000+ people,  including thousands of innocent children.  I think it was immoral, Witt defends it.  He does have great taste in music though.

Bao is out of jail and reports on his ordeal at the hands of the monster Cheril Hardy.  Cheril ordered Bao to undergo a psychological evaluation by Dr. Barry Norman.   Cheril is running for judge unopposed.  If there is anyone attorney you may know in Tarrant County that could run, please let me know.  This […]

Tyranny Spotlight - Steven W. Myhre Flagrant Prosecutorial Misconduct

Tyranny Spotlight – Steven W. Myhre Flagrant Prosecutorial Misconduct

Posted on February 02, 2018 by Marc Stevens

Steven W. Myrhe, a federal prosecutor with a history of flagrant prosecutorial misconduct, is in the tyranny spotlight. Not much is online about this lying attorney who likes to withhold exculpatory evidence.  All I could find initially are two pictures and a courtroom sketch, not much information about him either. I did find where Steven […]

Congrats to Kenny in Colorado for defending himself against the predators in Colorado and getting a dismissal.  They were serious charges, none were traffic.

NSP 27 Jan 2018 Don’t Blindly Follow Procedures

Posted on January 29, 2018 by Marc Stevens

We learn from the call from Randy in Tennessee to not blindly follow court procedures people talk about online.  The example here is about removing a complaint from state court to federal court.  First, there has to be concurrent jurisdiction, second, usually a bad move as the federal courts are so corrupt.
