    Rule 11 B(3)
    SANCTIONS, RULE 11
    (b) Representations to the Court. By presenting to the court (whether by signing, filing, submitting, or later advocating) a pleading, written motion, or other paper, an attorney or unrepresented party is certifying that to the best of the person’s knowledge, information, and belief, formed after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances,-
    (3) the allegations and other factual contentions have evidentiary support or, if specifically so identified, are likely to have evidentiary support after a reasonable opportunity for further investigation or discovery

  2. Andy Says:

Wrong month in the title. It’s Nov. not Oct.

  3. JimDandy Says:

    Holy cow! It’s 2018 already?

  4. Chris Says:

I take it that Kevin has looked at Scott Bartle’s “What the FUQ” vids ? ?

  5. kevin Says:

Chris, if you’re referring to the one with the imported Corvette, yes I have and I believe one other also to do with home loans.

  6. kevin Says:

His Vid and his research show that there doesn’t seem to be a proper “legal” transition between the original Australian Government to our current “Corporate” government. There seems to be two governments. An original de jure government and this new “fake corporate government.”

Either way, I don’t accept the validity of the claims of either government that their laws and constitution apply.

  7. Chris Says:

Yup. I think he is on target. Trouble is ‘they’ can never admit to any of it.
His stuff does lead to some crucial questions though – which I think you share. Questions that don’t require them to admit the flawed fundamental basis (as per Scott) but still leave them with problems.

May the wind always be at your back amigo.
    Kudos.

  8. kevin Says:

No. They wont admit to it and as Marc said on the show it will take a long time for there to be any change in people waking up to their scam. All it takes is for there to be a paradigm shift in peoples thinking until we reach a tipping point. That’s one thing I forgot to bring up on the show. Even if people don’t have a court case etc. they should still ring the A.T.O. or I.R.S. or the Federal Attorney Generals Office and ask for the evidence that the laws and constitution apply just because you are physically in geographical location “X”.

If only a few thousand or even a few hundred people were persistent in asking for evidence and then showing to others that there is no evidence, then maybe we can shine a spotlight for other people to finally wake up to the criminal scam.

  9. kevin Says:

Plus by doing that also, it may clog up their system to the point where they start to become ineffective. 😉

  10. NonEntity Says:

Your posts remind me of two things. 1) chaos theory, and 2) Nassim Taleb’s Black Swan events. The world is not a linear thing which can be predicted, and shit happens that no one could have imagined and which, afterwards, seems inevitable. I remember the Berlin Wall being built. Check point Charlie and all of that. And I remember how all of a sudden one day n out of the blue, it became utterly irrelevant. Reality is somewhat larger than the human mind can comprehend.

  11. kevin Says:

Yep. The future is not set in stone and randomness creates more randomness. I’m not saying anything will or won’t happen. But to do nothing, the chances of anything changing for the better are reduced as opposed to actually doing something proactively.

  12. NonEntity Says:

I agree… as long as all of the participants in the proactive things you do have chosen of their own volition to participate in your scheme. Otherwise you’re engaging in criminal behavior.

  13. kevin Says:

Of course. Proactively using the N.A.P.
