NSP 27 Jan 2018 Don’t Blindly Follow Procedures

Posted on January 29th, 2018 by Marc Stevens

We learn from the call from Randy in Tennessee to not blindly follow court procedures people talk about online.  The example here is about removing a complaint from state court to federal court.  First, there has to be concurrent jurisdiction, second, usually a bad move as the federal courts are so corrupt.

Why are the Federal courts so corrupt or should I ask why you believe the Federal courts are so corrupt. You should be able to post a clear and concise response if your not really begging the question here.

  2. Marc Stevens Says:

I have given plenty of examples of the feds being corrupt. Larry Burns threatened Mike from Idaho with jail if he challenged the prosecution’s claim of jurisdiction. Not one federal judge has even acknowledged the exception to the anti-injunctive tax act. There are many more.

If a woman tricks a man in to breeding her, she is 100% responsible for the consequences.
If you’re going to have a welfare system, you have to regulate those who enter your system.
The whole good cop/bad cop question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or listen to someone’s anecdote about his Uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following: (1) a cop’s job is to enforce the laws, all of them; (2) many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel and wicked; (3) therefore every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer for laws that are manifestly unjust or even cruel and wicked. There are no good cops. ~Robert Higgs

Let’s be honest here. It doesn’t take much to trick a man into breeding.

I would say to that Adam from Alberta that you draw the line on true crimes via the “law of trespass.” There is no crime unless you harm another person intentionally, with the exception if you are on drugs or alcohol. We all know you should not go on another’s property without their permission. You don’t steal from another. You do not physically harm another, rape another and you don’t kill another, unless it is in self defense

I missed that last guests name, but is that dude real? Holy shit!! Does he have a clue that he is a slave? He stated that it was alright that we bombed Japan with nukes, killing tens of thousands of innocent people? Then says if they’d have surrendered we would have quit bombing them? We HAVE NOT QUIT BOMBING the planet since the International Rothschild banking cartel known as the Federal Reserve took control of of our country via the monetary system! What a dupe!

Why are courts corrupt? Clear and concise response: Power tends to corrupt. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
