NSP 29 July More Philosophy Crap – Effective Defense in Court

Posted on July 31st, 2017 by Marc Stevens

Once again the “but philosophy” crap came up as some kind of “argument” discrediting my work.  It is just stupid, there is better way to describe it, I’m going to do another video about it to really show how stupid it is.

Suffice to say, if someone makes a claim against you, especially as the legal basis of their claim, then they bear the burden of proving it’s true.  To say you can’t challenge the claim because “philosophy” is irrational.  It’s the basis of a legal allegation and the rules require the allegation be based on facts.

It is simply a dishonest way to deny confrontation and a fair trial.  We can’t make factually unsupported legal claims against  a prosecutor and when challenged say, “Sorry dude, now you’re arguing philosophy, my claim is irrefutable, suck it.

Seems the powers that be don’t want me watching you on YouTube Marc. It seems your video on YouTube [ to me anyway ] is mmmm ( NOT AVAILABLE ) fortunately I’m not as retarded as the stick with stupid brigade would like to believe. I just come to your site sir 👍😂😂 and listen to the logic and how they hate logic and evidence and their burden. Man alive they’re pathetic. If your watching U.K.GOV ( YouTube UNKNOWN Reborn ) screw you, your mind games don’t work. That’s not an Ad Hominem it’s just belligerent defiance of the VIOLENCE you have enacted on me to ” SHUT ME UP “. UK.GOV your PURE EVIL peace… and RAM your Philisophical horse manure ✌️✌️✌️

Marc the easiest way to explain logic to the layman, is by use of a medical paper, they are microscopically analysed. The evidence and data is then placed on the table. This evidence & data is then examined again and again and again by their peers. So as to show the conclusion is reached again & again & again. ✌️✌️✌️

  3. Ronnie Says:

What good is a medical paper analogy to a mechanic? or hvac technician?

  4. NonEntity Says:

Not to mention that the amount of fraud and corruption within the medical/
pharmaceutical/insurance/government cartel is stunning, to put it mildly.

This does not surprise me at all Marc. I went to file an appeal on my traffic and handed all the papers in on time as I stated in my phone call to you, and was denied because their prosecutor was supposed to be handed his papers in another city and county than the one the township courthouse that ticketed me was in!! I walked into court last Thursday and delivered my Jurisdiction papers straight to the prosecutor and clerk of courts along with my Certificate of Service forms. They accepted the motion and Notice but not my Certs of service. They told me to send an affidavit. Not sure why she would not accept them unless it is to pull more shady crap. What do you think?
