NSP Ep 27 Exposing Herbert Pierpan, Paul Desjardins, subs over 9000

Posted on July 28th, 2017 by Marc Stevens

My NSP channel now has over 9000 subs, so a big thanks to everyone for that.   Spoke about prepping for court and what to expect.  Keeping the burden of proof on the prosecution and objecting often.  We have to assume everything they are saying is a lie and keep the focus them to verify their claims.  I also had to address the philosophy crap again briefly.  I wish I’d had the idea for this picture before I finished the video.

While doing the video for the show I found pictures of two of the judges mentioned.   Now they’ll show up on a search.  Herbert Pierpan is a hearing officer in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He is very short tempered and is about as corrupt a bureaucrat as they come.  Despite Mike appearing at the scheduled hearing, this angry man ruled against Mike claiming Mike failed to show.  You’d think that would be enough to get a reversal, but no, the courts are so corrupt that despite overwhelming direct evidence Mike was in court, the judgment was upheld.

The guy who looks like Milton from Office Space is Paul Desjardins, a judge in New Hampshire.  This guy is the one who said to Bill, jurisdiction is an issue of law, it requires no evidence, all the prosecutor has to do is show you are here in New Hampshire to prove jurisdiction.  He’s either too dishonest to care about his obvious contradiction, or he is too blinded by arrogance and his sense of power to notice.
