NSP Ep 31 Jeremy Gets a Dismissal in Atlanta – More Nonsense from the Franchise Tax Board

Posted on August 23rd, 2017 by Marc Stevens

I’m using instagram for the NSP @the_marc_stevens.  The video stream should be on my youtube channel next week, I’ll let everyone know.

I talk about the contradictory nature of the concept of government, the means oppose the ends.  Also, if your claim begins with an assumption, then you can’t prove your claim beyond a reasonable doubt.

Jeremy from Atlanta called in to report about the dismissal he got this week.  Thanks for the documentary proof below.  This was criminal traffic and the prosecution withdrew.  If they had the evidence supporting their claim, they would have provided it.

    Black’s law, 4th edition, page 125

An appearance may be either general or special; the
former is a simple and unqualified or unrestricted submission
to the jurisdiction of the court, the latter a submission
to the jurisdiction for some specific purpose only, not
for all the purposes of the suit. Louisville & N. R. Co. v.
    Industrial Board of Illinois, 282 Ill. 136, 118 N.E. 483, 485.
A special appearance is for the purpose of testing the
sufficiency of service or the jurisdiction of the court; a
general appearance is made where the defendant waives
defects of service and submits to the jurisdiction. State
    v. Huller, 23 N.M. 306, 168 P. 528, 534, 1 A.L.R. 170.

“Special Appearance” is like wearing your magic invisibility cloak. And these people actually expect us to take them seriously! Boggles the mind.
