  1. Dick Says:

    No one signed the Constitution?

  2. Dick Says:

study the course by a practicing attorney called Jurisdictionary

  3. JackW Says:

I am sympathetic to this fella with the multiple allegations of crimes against him but I had to quit listening as it was so disjointed. I could never understand how indecent exposure came about and that the issue was over 17 years ago. This was just a very confusing venting and I am sorry for the fella but entering pleas and getting an attorney is a mistake. He could have fired his attorney. Asking for a trial without proof of jurisdiction is a mistake. In fact it seems this fella freely volunteered into the gd court’s jurisdiction. I applaud this fella’s efforts but he has lost me.

  4. NonEntity Says:

Hmm. I’m considering getting a constitution and signing it. Then I’d have rights, right?

  5. JackW Says:

@NonEntity,heh, heh, heh…yes, in a few words you expose the utter foolishness of those who believe the constitution authorizes aggression. I like Mark Levin but disagree with him on the validity of using the constitution to impose his or anyone’s beliefs. Same goes with most of the talk show hosts on KMJ Radio out of Fresno, Ca. Yet, when I ask the Marc Stevens question, What factual evidence do you have that the constitution and law apply to you just because of your physical presence in orygun or corruptifornia?” they have no response or they resort to logical fallacy, circular logic, saying the law applies because the law applies. We are victims of government schools. We are victims of lyin’commie/socialist MSM hosts. We are victims of lyin’commie/socialist politicians.

  6. JackW Says:

Where politicians or leaders or tyrants grant rights and privileges, one is a slave. Notice how even the “constitution” made a big deal about outlawing involuntary servitude, which was done in part so as to conceal the tyranny that was being imposed by other means (taxation). Voting too is a form of violence but people are duped into thinking that such is freedom, when in fact they are using violence to sanction thugs to impose their opinions; how utterly diabolical is that in the “land of the free.”

  7. JOHN COKOS Says:

    That’s a ZOMBIE BITE !

  8. Habenae Est Dominatus Says:

@ JackW, small nit to pick…

    Rulers rule. Leaders lead.
    What’s the difference?
Rulers lock you in a cage
or kill you if you don’t obey.

If you think you are voting
for a leader, you’re an idiot.

If you want it as a meme:
    No hot linking please.

  9. NonEntity Says:

Habby, small pic to knit… followers make leaders. Without followers a leader is just some guy wandering about.

  10. Habenae Est Dominatus Says:

    Like Moses in the desert?

  11. NonEntity Says:

Mooses don’t live in the desert. They live in Maine. And maybe Northern Exposure.

  12. NonEntity Says:

Mooses don’t live in the desert. They live in Maine. And maybe Northern Exposure.

  13. Andy Says:

Moose Bullwinkle alive and well in the Sahara desert.

  14. TOM MIXX Says:

    Dick asked
    “No one signed the Constitution?”

Of course some did AND are now dead. Does that obligate YOU to obied by that contract?

Can you point to another “contract” that anyone has to follow after all Signor’s are dead?

Please list one single “contract” that is in perpetuity for EVER.
    that you didnt sign

  15. spooky2th Says:

All the so called signatures were only as a “witness” and not as a party to the “legal instrument.”

  16. Habenae Est Dominatus Says:

    What spooks said.

Also, the infamous four pieces of of parchment have NONE of the attributes of being a contract.

There are four basic elements required in order for a contract to exist. These elements are: an offer; a consideration; an acceptance; and a mutual agreement (a meeting of minds).
