NSP Sept 9 Judges Impeach Witness, Still Accept Testimony

Posted on September 9th, 2017 by Marc Stevens

Rick in Illinois gave us an update about his traffic ticket, it went bad.  But, as usual, the prosecutor and judge impeached the cop, ruling he was not competent to make legal determinations.  They denied Rick a fair trial by denying effective cross examination.  If the cop makes legal determinations, then it’s relevant on cross to ask for the facts he based them on.

Eric from NY called and we spoke about contract disputes in a voluntary society.

Al in California gave us an update on his alleged code violation.  It’s moved from the police department to the Office of Administrative Law.  The code does require these to be adversarial and evidentiary, so he gets to actually cross-examine the cop.  I’m sure they will also impeach this cop to protect the prosecutor’s case.

Mike from Long Island called, Mike is a retired NYC police officer who was upset with my rant about cops on the Wed. broadcast.  I was harsh when I compared cops to firemen.  Mike confirmed there are quotas for tickets.

Well, this is disappointing. I used to live in Illinois and remember how corrupt a pest hole it was and apparently still is. The conspiracy of the gd “judge” and gd “prosecutor” serve to remind all of just how filthy, evil, criminal the government is. And people wonder why the police an judges and lawyers have little or no respect. The judge as we know, had no jurisdiction because he had no factual evidence that the constitution and law applied to Rick. I have ask this “Marc Stevens” question of judges, attorneys and police and not one has that factual evidence. One judge claimed the vehicle code was the “factual evidence,” but of course the code emanates from first proving with factual evidence that the constitution and law apply. The gd judge, John Mercer in Beaverton, orygun lied; he didn’t have the proof; he invoked a circular logic fallacy. He is crooked and should be in jail, well of course IMHO. An attorney just the other day claimed that the constitution and law apply because one is a US citizen but of course this was ignorant and dishonest, because first that attorney would have to provide factual evidence that the constitution and law apply. That attorney invoked a logical fallacy, i.e. circular logic. One might think an attorney would know better than using such a fallacy, but no, he spoke with authority and condescension.

@NonEntity,Yes, it is disappointing that people are not adult enough to be responsible and independent. But the tragedy of Amerika is that people have bought the commie/socialist lies and think that only “good” can come from sanctioning government/politicians to use violence to make “laws” that loot A to satisfy B (H.L. Mencken). ‘merika is doomed because it has opted for crookedness, dishonesty, immorality, legalized plunder(Bastiat). It is sad that at 21 people just exchange one guardian or care giver for a political tyrant to oversee his life. We truly live on the plantation state operated by masters/politicians and enforced by judges.

We live in a not ideal society.

  6. NonEntity Says:

“We live in a not ideal society.” Am I therefore to properly extrapolate your intended meaning as, “therefore it’s proper and acceptable for some of us to know that we are superior enough to the pathetic masses to dictate the voices they can and should make in their lives?

  7. NonEntity Says:

    “voices” should be “choices”

  8. Gaslighter Says:

    Nonentity, of course not.
When I said “We live in a not ideal Society”, under my point of view, I didn’t believe in our actual court system, is bias.

  9. NonEntity Says:

Acc, perhaps the key question, what does an ideal society look like? And what about those who, without the use of violence against peaceable others, have a different view of their ideal society?

  10. NonEntity Says:

“We live in a not ideal Society”, … is bias.

As I parse that statement, it makes no sense.

  11. Gaslighter Says:

The statement “We live in a not ideal Society”, It makes no sense,Why? Because We live in a no ideal Society.
I agree that I don’t disagree with you. Now you can bring your sophisticated argument that you disagree with me because you don’t agree with me, and I will response to you that my personal opinion is my personal opinion and again we can go on forever in circles and at the end I will ask you: What was first the egg or the chicken, you will chose one and I will chose the other and the circle will go on forever.

We didn’t live in a Utopia Society

The egg was first and then the chicken. Why? Because the chicken was first and then the egg.

    Do people live in Utah?

  16. NonEntity Says:

What does “is bias” have to do with all of the words which come beforehand? As I try and parse the meaning of this I come up empty handed. Since you presumably had an idea when you wrote it I thought maybe you could make such idea coherent. No eggs need be broken, thrown or hatched. (Frying is optional, as is poaching.)

  17. NonEntity Says:

Why did the chicken spout, “Is Bias!”
    Someone egged her on.

  18. Gaslighter Says:

My answer was very fortuitously and it was not suppose to be ignominious to anybody, I did not mean to abstrict your response, which was very conspicuous and coherent.

  19. NonEntity Says:

Ah. That certainly clears it up! Thanks 🙂
Disclaimer: no omelettes were broken in the making of this egg.

  20. Gaslughter Says:

Thanks NonEntity, no omelettes were broken in the making of this egg, definitely not.
Have a great week by the way.

My question is for the civil traffic rights that in airzona but in Nevada traffic tickets are criminal offences like speeding, no seat belt , out of date registration, ect. The terminology that your using in civil cases what about criminal cases?

  22. Marc Stevens Says:

Most of it is the same, such as personal jurisdiction, but case or cause of action is the same. Instead of standing, we use corpus delicti, the act and result, or injury and damage.

  23. Redshesaid Says:

    Quotas for tickets
or what I call debts created by profit-driven group-thinking morons.

  24. Wayne Says:

Dave Champion had a good video on this incident. He explained that implied consent, in reference to a driver’s license, is only relevant if there is probable cause first. Blood draws are considered searches and searches can only be done with a warrant or with probable cause. When probable cause exists, then implied consent kicks in. Otherwise, anyone could be driving down the street and a cop can demand a blood sample from any driver for no reason as a part of implied consent. But, that is not the case because first the cop needs probable cause. Here is a link to the video: https://www.facebook.com/DaveChampionMedia/videos/10154907901252405/

the relevant part starts about 4 minutes into the video.

  25. Habenae Est Dominatus Says:

It should be noted that Dave Champion used to be a cop.

  26. david dan Says:

I think “direct examination” is what is needed- not cross examination
and a “counterclaim” not a “cross complaint” shifts the liability for injuries and damages when a “bill” is presented for “use” of the name to create securities – they are falsifying the record to create securities and it amounts to identity theft – they are private corporations under the Clearfield Trust Doctrine using commercial paper
