Hey Marc (and everyone else) I completely understand the idea of asking for proof that these codes apply to anyone. It make sense to me (but makes my lawyer ask me of iv had a psychological assessment). Even by their own requirements the prosecutor should have to show me something. I was wondering if there is any case law or supreme court holdings or precedents on this matter of lack of evidence to show state laws apply. Something that I could file as my evidence. Do you or anyone else have any info that could help.

  3. Ben Says:

Hey Marc. You ever try getting into schools and talking to kids and teens? I was lucky enough to go to a privet school with really cool and down to earth teachers that taught me to always “ask questions!” When ever I start talking to kids and teens about you and how there is no such thing as a state and “their” so called “laws” don’t apply its like talking to a deer in headlights! Their just completely blown away! Of course I tell them as long its a victimless crime there is nothing “they” can do about it. In my opinion the younger the audience the better.

  4. NonE Says:

Ben, At your privet school did they teach you how to hedge?

    – NonE 😉

  5. Sam Says:

Great show, I love Vinny Eastwood. I only wish he had you on longer to expand on the ideas.
