More Tax Non-compliance

We’re slacking people, I’m the one in the Weekly Spotlight again, hopefully this is just a case of under-reporting.
During the Freedom Summit this past weekend, I actually had some of my books with me.  I had the nerve to offer a product to people who were free to exchange their property for some of mine and I didn’t take any extra under the guise of “protection” money and send it to people calling themselves the “government”.  We engaged in a mutually voluntary exchange and I didn’t charge a “sales tax”.
Some consider it a “privilege” to exchange property and demand a cut for not only the “privilege”, but for some mythical “protection” they pretend to provide.  Let’s see: no one asked me if I wanted or needed protection and considering the number of armed people at the Freedom Summit, if I needed protection I’m not only capable of doing that myself, but I’m sure I could have entered into an agreement with someone to do it for me.
How are governments different than criminal syndicates?

Beautiful stuff here! Just doscovered you today, Marc. Longtime patriot. The above article echoes my sentiments on the Income Tax. I “exchange” my labor for a fair value. There is no “profit” in this exchange. It is 1-for-1. The Tom Cryer argument. I wholeheartedly agree. I am nobody’s slave. I inform the IRS of this 8 months ago, when I declared myself exempt via W-4. Feces will soon meet fan, and I may approach you for representation!

Title 26 u s c section 83 clearly states for anyone to read that only “gains” are considered taxable income….so why do americans not read the code. you only pay tax on “gains”. it states it as only the excess is taxable,,,

    just a note.

And your evidence that “Title 26 u s c section 83” applies to anyone?
