Larken looks very uncomfortable in that picture.
I’ve seen that look before on a man’s face. That’s the look of an unwanted reach-around right as he’s being photographed.

Who was that dork at the very end, right after the show was over? The one commenting about the raids on peoples homes looking for anarchist literature? His little egotistical “bring it on” speech was laughable. I smell a statist parading around in “anarchy” britches.

That was Adam Kokesh, here is the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJF_xTayIPY
I included it because Adam does a good job exposing .gov bullies. I think he made a good point by explaining how the most vulnerable are targeted by the STATE and the intimidation and scare tactics they employ. It didn’t seem like he was calling for violence, rather challenging the authorities to pick on someone less vulnerable and who is not hiding.
A bit over the top, maybe. But it is hard, as an outspoken anarchist, to not go a little over the top when such stories stay so low under the radar.

Calvin,
I’m normally annoyed by the intro material. I came here to hear Marc, not some other crap you think I should listen to. That said I have to say I almost busted a gut listening to the technical service stuff on the transmission. As one of the things I’ve done in my life is to be a mechanical design engineer it went straight to my background. Wonderful. You’re forgiven for all of those other nasty things I’ve accused you of in the past. Even if they were true!

Incubus: I agree, I think he is a Wolf in Sheeps clothing myself, I’ve been watching him for awhile now, he fits many profiles of cointel Op.

@ JP “cointel Op?” Is she the one who says “insert another 10 cents for the next three minutes?” Or was that a different lifetime?

@Marc, I was listening to a segment on the Liberatopia show, re copyright and the review NonE gave, and the comment about Larkin Rose. Both have valid points, however, the guest made a good point about someone being able to copyright your work and keep you from it.
It made me think of Linux programming language. It was, and is, developed under the promotion of “open source” code. I thought maybe you may want to consider how it is copyrighted as an alternative.
Linux is copyrighted with the proviso that anyone can modify, alter, and copy the code so long as they don’t copyright it and make it exclusive in any way, else their copyright is a violation of the master copyright.
And of course, I’m not suggesting that any work be copyrighted through any agency. A page from the recording industry should be workable. Make three copies, mail them back to yourself registered mail, or courier service.
Something to think about.

What about using their laws against them? It seems Marc suggests going to easy way all the time. The IRS has a form to correct falsely filed W-2s and 100-Rs that companies and corporations file illegally and mandatorily all the time. The form is 4852. You fill it out showing all the federal tax withheld, all the state and city tax withheld, all the FICA and medicare/medicaid tax withheld. You do not send the W-2s and 1099-Rs in because this replaces those “information” returns. You list $00.00 on line 7 because wages and income are legally defined in the Tax law and the tax code to be compensation received from one or more of the following sources:
Federal government employment
The performance of the functions of a federal public office
being engages in a federally licensed business
Amendment 16 brought no new taxing power to the government. The income from whatever source is defined is only by these three categories above because working for the federal government is a privilege and can be measured by dollars it produces. Although many of us have paid taxes to the IRS like we are federal employees, and the corrupt IRS has not corrected our misunderstandings (that is exactly what they want us to think) we do not owe taxes unless we work directly for the Federal government. Unless you can get your employer to stop withholding, the only way to get your “earnings” back is to file a correction form 4852. The scam is cracked. This will be the biggest stimulus to the economy ever! All the non-government workers of America getting their hard earned monies back because they are “earnings” not “income” or “wages”.
Then you file your 1040 requesting all the withholdings to be “refunded” to you as you did not receive any compensation in the form of “wages” or “income” from a federal government.
It might help to get an afidavit from your company declaring they are neither owned nor operated by the federal government. Same with your ‘non-federal’ bank or credit union or brokerage firm or investment firm.
