    Hi Marc,
After looking through most of these statutes and laws and some RCW’s
for Washington, most of them refer to their application to citizens, individuals, persons, residents, non-residents, non-resident aliens, foreign non-resident aliens, enemies of the state, prisoners of war, but never sovereigns or autonomous people.

Can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt which of these, if any, exclusively refers or applies to me?

  2. Marc Stevens Says:

@ Don, do you see any evidence they do? I wouldn’t think the ramblings of the insane apply to anyone.

  3. William Says:

Hi, Marc early in the show you mention an attorney who got disbarred, can you maybe explain it or tell me something, like a link, or something so I can research how/why that happened? Thanks.

  4. Don-I donno Says:

    Hey Marc,
The fact of the matter is : the “facts speak for themselves”.
If they try to prove who and what you are, they also have to prove the “state” can get up walk around look you in the eye and speak. Is that insanity or them trying to prove they created something (anything)?
My son was held in contempt (held for $600 ransom) in a child support case…39 days. I couldn’t get his Tonka Truck(easily pushed around) PD to hold the court to their burden of proof. My son’s afraid to stand alone and use the questions. He thinks his son would believe he’s unwilling to support him.

  5. Pete Says:

Stevens: “I hope to posting more Calls of Shame soon.”

Translation: There MIGHT be ONE new Call of Shame posted withing 4 to 6 months.

  6. Marc Stevens Says:

@ Pete, ok, I’m getting real close to banning you and NonE. I have 2 things to post this week even better than the CoS though, one is written verification of a tax attack being dropped. The other is a tax attorney admitting to wrongdoing by lower level agents.

  7. NonE Says:

Ah Pete, don’t be so unfair! Now that he’s finally got the new book out he doesn’t have any more excuses. 😛 Besides, most bureaucrats are so logical, consistent and honest that it’s really hard to come up with these things. Don’t you see?

    – NonWoof

  8. dan gould Says:

@NonE, Marc has a new book out? Really? What is its title?

  9. Marc Stevens Says:

@ Dan, you’re on thin ice there buddy, I’ll ban the three of you. @ Pete, I just recorded my first CoS from Australia, it’s a good one, though a little long. I’ll get it posted this week.

  10. Jeff Evans Says:

Wow! I can’t believe how folks don’t put forth the effort to listen one hour a day or one episoide an evening to the archives and listen to the mock trials and study the script. Mary is a good example of not taking the advice from Marc and his team.

I have intimidated the town sheriff, Judges and persercuters with Marc’s motions. They won’t even give me A SEATBELT TICKET! Learn to ask the questions on the script and get the transcript after arraignment, write the judge up! They will drop you like a HOT P-O-T-AH-T-O.

  11. dan gould Says:

@Jeff, Jeff I concur completely. Now if only I could get my hands on one of those damn books.

  12. NonE Says:

    Books? There are BOOKS???!

  13. Randy Says:

@Jeff or Marc: How much are the transcripts? Worth their weight in gold I suspect.

    — Randy

  14. James Drake Says:

I would like to talk to Mr Stevens. I really like to talk about taxes

  15. Calvin Says:
