NSP – Mar 2, 2013 – Guest: Derrick J. Freeman

Posted on March 3rd, 2013 by Calvin

Guest: Derrick J. Freeman [DerrickJFreeman.com, VictimlessCrimeSpree.com, PeaceNewsNow.com, LiveFreeOrDance.com]. Derrick joins us to discuss his latest projects and his adventures from the Shire & beyond.

Show Notes:

Caller’s Topics:

  • Tom from GA: Judges making pleas on the defendant’s behalf, judges refusing to address jurisdiction, judges jumping straight to trial, date-stamp requirements with filed documents, and counties have regulatory authority over its (not your) property.
  • Jay from VA: appeal of TSA case to federal civil court, and difficulty responding in ample time to the complaint because of the dodgy prosecutor.
  • James from England: responding to possession charges.
  • Mark from WI: challenging a disorderly conduct charge in Queen Creek, AZ.
  • Scott from NY: hardships getting bureaucrats to hear his complaints before a court, using skype to interact with others, bartering with like minds, and upcoming court proceedings on March 6th and 26th [media-reps].
  • Peter in MT: motion to disqualify judge denied for lack of affidavit.
  • Richard in IL: motion denied by mumbling judge, court severely failing to inform of the nature and cause of proceeding, bringing a court reporter to a kangaroo court (if you can afford it), and jurisdictional shenanigans.
  • Kurt from OR: responding to a IRS form letter for failure to file, and directly confirming whether a prosecutor’s/agent’s statement is based on arbitrary opinion or fact.
  • Fabrice from England: the best angle to challenge a photo radar ticket.
  • Jerome from MD: joining role-playing sessions during the week on skype, and reaching out to celebrities with the AiLL material.

caller scott from n.y.wanted to re-iterate points not brought forth in call:I’m a victim of police corruption,..of the highest magnitude,Nassau county police ,and,detectives/..ect on up to (evidence reflects police comm. involvment)..ALL based on cover-up and protection racket for crimes comitted on 4/28/05 by Robert Burke and company…(ex-cop)(ex-husband of my freind)Tactic called”hardball ” 6/10/05 by sgt Donald Kuntz .I have documented every step of the dirty game for hisory/public record and need to network with others ,first caller mathew from Santa Cruz (1/16/13) seemed on same page as my plight,(can U give him my contact info please, panky?) I mentioned the BEST we got out here is: americans4legalreform.com started by carl.,…Only “they do not go after cops” so i do not see how he plans to get rid of the bad judges he showcases. My claims and allegations are backed by deep paper trails and physical evidence and is on going , still very open for litigation or other actions a full blown cover up ,needs to be exposed. These are the people to focus on ,and their actions, and what they base those actions on.Getting my victimless code/statute violations thrown out is not my motive.I want to use their courts powers and rederick to expose on public record thems who is dirty liers, ilk, and frauds in there offices. As they is on de job..live..and in person ..come on down…

Now that we have the tech issues straightened out, podcasts posted in a timely manner, and new section to the website; the next project is building a landing strip for Marc’s jokes.

Next up; getting the midweek skype workshop posted. Don’t save your bandwidth though, its 4.5 hours in its current form and I don’t know how much of that I can trim…. it’ll be up by tonight, or the end of the month at the latest.
