• Two I.R.S. supervisors conflate a question of fact as an argument so that they don’t have to respond to a question that they desperately don’t want to answer.

1. NonEntity Says:

What a great show! I brought this up a couple of years ago: in the book “Born for Love” there is strong evidence presented that at least some pschopathy is a result of a certain issue in the developmental stage of young humans. It appears that at one point in a child’s brain development it is crucial that the child have one specific care giver and that without this the ability to empathize does not mature. I mention this as I found the theory convincing and I think Ian from Los Angeles might find it interesting reading.

2. Steven Richards Says:

“there are those who want to be left alone and there are those who just won’t leave them alone”

Could it be there are those who want to force brothers and sisters to leave them alone, but claim to be against force?

3. Farmer James Says:

“This is a brief study guide to teach people how to recognize and defend against our society’s most dangerous predators, psychopaths.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgGyvxqYSbE “Defense Against the Pscychopath” 37min by Stefan Verstappen or free .pdf version here: http://www.chinastrategies.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/defenseagainstpsychopath.pdf

✔ enjoyed & appreciate the podcast2 (on all fronts inc. Calvin).

5. BryanD Says:

—> Steven Richards,

Self defense is justified…

6. Steven Richards Says:

BryanD,
Maybe I should’ve said “the initiation of force”. Been a minute since I hung around the anarchist folk… anyway… yeah. Key to me being forcing brothers and sisters to leave them alone. Guess the anarchists forgot the forcing part…

7. stal janski Says:

re;Could it be there are those who want to force brothers and sisters to leave them alone,<< if they were my bro or sis they wouldnt be FORCING ME to do things for me to use defensive force to STOP them from doing bad things to me.. forcing bullies to leave me alone, requires equal and oposite force…nothing wrong with self defence. first non violently, and other means, but if their force continues then you have no choice but to use it back..doh?..or runaway to be bullied another day?

8. Silybum Says:

I think psychos fear a lack of control. And they will do damn near anything to maintain control.

9. Steven Richards Says:

BryanD and stal janski,

You seem to believe charges are against you, and not just the name you use. Maybe you believe you own the name. Anyway, have you ever stated on the record that in the matter of “john doe” you believe there’s been a mistake, and asked how you might help settle the matter honorably? Or asked to speak with the one claiming you made a claim, and if someone claims that you made a claim, asked “if i offended you, would you please forgive me?”

10. i.n.rem Says:

good dog, that “name” argument just will not go away
if you had actually tried this in a pending action, you would already know how .Gov defeats this argument with two factual pieces of “evidence”

11. Steven Richards Says:

Guess that’s what people get for making arguments… someone’s gotta lose when there’s an argument, and I for one hope it’s the one starting it (aka the claimant aka the belligerent aka the defendant).

12. eye2i Says:

“notsure7″\”Jeremy”\”Mark”…”Steven Richards”, is that “you”?! (perhaps only time will tell…or “Karl”?…ornotsomuch6) #poke

13. Steven Richards Says:

By “you”, who are ‘you’ referring to, eye2i?

14. RAD Says:

Government people are religious zealots. They literally believe in an imaginary higher power called “state” because men and women in black priest robes preached it at them. I think for most it is not psychopathy that drives them, but rather the religion of statism perverts their moral compass. It is ironically their desire to do the right thing that drives their aggression. The religion of Statism presents the supernatural “juridical person” of “the state”, the “Leviathan” as the saving grace of humanity and its adherents believe in it as their sacred truth.

15. RAD Says:

Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States

ARTICLE 1

The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: a ) a permanent population; b ) a defined territory; c ) government; and d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.
ARTICLE 2

The federal state shall constitute a sole person in the eyes of international law.

ARTICLE 4

States are juridically equal, enjoy the same rights, and have equal capacity in their exercise. The rights of each one do not depend upon the power which it possesses to assure its exercise, but upon the simple fact of its existence as a person under international law.

16. RAD Says:

This “juridical person” of the “state” is the deity of statist religion. This is who they are praying to when they do the flag idol-worshiping pentagram ritual invoking the name of the deity, “The United States of America”, the supreme leviathan deity of American statism.

“it is a real unity of them all in one and the same person,… the multitude so united in one person… This is the generation of that great LEVIATHAN…of that…god… which…is: one person.” -Hobbes, Leviathan

17. Randall (Formerly Randy) Says:

FYI: I would really like to further the discussion about the existence of the “STATE” and whether or not we are located in the “STATE” if we do not reside at the Capital. Since Marc has shut off new members for the forum, would all/some of you like to respond via email on this? I really want to prove Marc’s theory(???). I really don’t believe it is a theory though, I think its more than likely a fact.

email: n0t(at)hush(dot)ai

😀

18. marc stevens Says:

@ Randall, I did not stop new members from signing up on the forum, I ask people to email me with a username and I create the account, no one is being denied access. I did that because despite the spambot plug-ins, I was still getting flooded everyday.

19. Randall (Formerly Randy) Says:

@Marc,

Oh okay, I understand, thanks. I will email you a username here shortly.

20. eye2i Says:

@RAD: Government people are religious zealots. They literally believe in an imaginary higher power called “state” because men and women in black priest robes preached it at them. I think for most it is not psychopathy that drives them, but rather the religion of statism perverts their moral compass. ____________
✔ “The God” is a mere claim by mere men; ditto “The State”. Thus the issue is what men claim without being held to evidence as fact –as the essence of religion (distinguished from fiction/novel via belief in mere claims then acted upon as non-fiction/true).?

Hence, my requests for evidence that psychopathic action is distinguishable from fundamental religious belief-based action.
(considering as well, whether the likes of IRS paper-pushers and Juristic employment opportunities tend to attract the fundamentalists…? while arguably, cops and military might attract the more fundamentalist along with the genuinely anti-socials?)

i luv how the con artists of the Buybull (pronounced “bible”) variety included “gnashing of teeth” (aka “clinching of teeth/jaw”) to describe religious drive reaction; others go with “a good chewing out”, “fingers in their ears” and “LAH-LAH-LAH-LAH”, often dependent upon the power parity –or as one talking about a specific instance of such puts it (where notably, it was one religious claim confronted by another):
: Was Stephen’s “trial” and “sentence” an act of a legal process, or a mob? The beginning of Acts 7 up until his death at the end of Acts 7 is his [challenge] to the Sanhedrin. Stephen’s [challenge] “was, for his hearers, flagrant apostasy. While his purpose was to denounce the status quo mentality that had been grown up around the land, the law and the temple…this was undoubtedly taken as a frontal attack against the Jewish religion in its official and popular forms.” The council was absolutely furious. Unless they wanted to repent and admit that they were wrong, they had no other choice than to find Stephen guilty of blasphemy. The sentence of blasphemy is stoning. And stone him the crowd did.
“Righteously” so.? “God Bless The USA!” Baptism as Patriotism?
And if the challenge comes via “Socrates” instead of “Stephen”?

21. Truth Seeker Says:

Check out Eye’s “buy-bull” thumping! Nope, not “righteously so”! You know the gig, right? Treat others the way you wish to be treated?

22. eye2i Says:

Check out “Truth” Seeker’s “con-stitution” bashing!
?
Nope, not “righteously so”! –because “righteous” is but a(nother) mere opinion claim! (you know the gig, right? see also, “Illegal”, “Taxprotester” and “Treason” e.g.?)
Gosh, “Truth” Seeker, after all, “The Constitution” is a historical fact! –where according to your Argument/claim, even though men wrote it, it’s still Truth because they said and recorded it and we have it…? [http://marcstevens.net/board/thread-7428.html]
You know the gig, right? If you buyb.s., you buyb.s.?

23. RAD Says:

The state literally is a (false) deity.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_state
“Sovereign state
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In international law, a sovereign state is a nonphysical juridical entity”

24. RAD Says:

These supernatural “non physical” entities are consistently described as “persons” and “entities” in the writings of lawyers, statist philosophy and in the sacred cannon of scriptural writings known as “case law”(written by men and women who wear black priest robes and preach this dogma of these non-physical supernatural “entities” with whom they claim a personal relationship as the basis for their “authority” to create scripture as well as its exegesis).

25. RAD Says:

These entities or “persons” only exist in the imagination, yet statist dogma posits they intervene in the realm of the physical as well as claims they have “Sovereign” status (that these imaginary “entities” are the supreme “authority” – a higher power).

26. BryanD Says:

Steven Richards>
“Anyway, have you ever stated on the record that in the matter of “john doe””

Asking questions of evidence does the trick. Stating anything on the record is asking to be shot down.

If someone breaks the non-violence principle against you, there is no other recourse than to protect your self somehow and self defence is usually the best way to go. The non-violence principle is that one does not initiate force against others. It doesn’t mean do not use force to defend your self. “Don’t try none, won’t be none.”

27. eye2i Says:

@RAD: “The state literally is a (false) deity.”

Wait, what?!?
(perhaps you mean: the state definitionally is a deity…? or literarially maybe?)
http://lesswrong.com/lw/od/37_ways_that_words_can_be_wrong/

28. RAD Says:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deity

“In religious belief, a deity (i/ˈdiː.ɨti/ or i/ˈdeɪ.ɨti/)[1] is a supernatural being, who may be thought of as holy, godly, or sacred. Some religions have one supreme deity, while others have multiple deities of various ranks.”

29. RAD Says:

In the government religion, there are 51 Leviathan deities total. If you read the scriptures of case law this dogma is in there – I’m not making this up. I would cite as example Arizona vs United States, where both the defendant and the plaintiff are religious Leviathan deities (both the plaintiff and defendant are imaginary supernatural “persons” who are regarded by the Men and Women who dress up in black priest robes called SCOTUS who preach this dogma as “sovereign entities” – in other words they are the higher power of their religion).

30. RAD Says:

The supreme deity of the Government religion is called “The United States of America”. This “non- physical entity” is the “higher power” statists are taught to pray to when they worship the flag idol.

31. Leslie Says:

Are there any podcast discussing Van Nuys traffic court in California? I’m looking, but cannot find any so far.
