Show Notes:

Caller’s Topics:

  • Bradley from England: after the many past successes in UK traffic courts, moving onto challenging the evidence in the dreadful family courts <> and the catastrophic power that social service agents wield when they choose to assert themselves into other people’s lives.
  • Ken from GA: thanks for speaking truth about contradictory legal opinion <> recent experience in legal land attempting to apply the Marcratic [Socratic+Scientific method] method to a color-coded legal-attack <> being railroaded through a forced plea of “not guilty” and straight to trial, despite numerous objections <> the defendant was “ordered to stop objecting” <> the judge ignored, then rejected, the unsigned plea of guilty <> the judge lies when they claim that they don’t have to prove jurisdiction [an element of the crime] with evidence <> getting an admission from the judge whether or not “jurisdiction is challengeable” <> getting the court’s attention by filing an affidavit with the motion to vacate <> a $75 fee for getting video recording of the proceeding as per the discovery process <> and the basis of the complaint was over not having a life preserver donned upon a child.
  • Frank from OH: success story: this is the second time, after filing the motion to dismiss, that the judge dismissed the case in the “interest of justice” <> the defendant spent 10 days in the workhouse for recording his own hearing before the case was ultimately dismissed <> the evolution into a police state <> determining right-to-record <> and the denial of legal resources and due process while incarcerated and pro per.
  • Joe from HI: what is the most effective way to approach people that are unfamiliar with the ideas of voluntaryism and effective damage-control? <> should you stand for the judge when they enter the room <> the trolling nature of bureaucrats <> the difference confidence has on the outcome of your hearing <> and the over-extended authority people too generously grant to government employees and agents.

  2. Eyal Lior Says:

Unsigned plea of guilty – In one case, I handed it to the judge and he put it among the other papers on his desk. In the end of the arraignment he handed me an “invitation” for an evidence hearing. When I left the room I noticed he slipped the unsigned plea under the invitation documents back to me.

I went down to the clerk and explained that this is evidence and needs to be filed. Be polite, be charming, be assertive and convincing. That’s key.

  3. i.n.rem Says:

you need to file the Plea with the Clerk prior to Court
get a stamped copy for your files
at least here in the STATES

  5. Paul Nz Says:

The motto for the Royal Society is “Nullius in verba (Latin for “on the word of no one” or “Take nobody’s word for it”). It’s really that simple. Good show.
