NSP – Oct 31, 2015

Posted on November 1st, 2015 by Calvin

Show Notes:

  • Upcoming video detailing folks in Deutschland, Ireland, and Poland applying effective Socratic questioning to dispel the grandest of sacred cows held by authortah: that men and women who force you to pay them can make up rules that magically apply to everyone within a certain geographical area.
  • Quantifying the scores of international success stories of effective damage-control that has been marching across Europe as of late.
  • Marc’s experience being “sexually harassed” by the TSA creeps.
  • Respecting each others’ autonomy through the principals of anarchy and rejecting double-standards.
  • Irony of the Week: statists declare conscientious objectors in felony moral turpitude for dissenting against THEIR criminal behavior.
  • Applying the principals of anarchism and the NAP towards other living, quasi-conscious beings.
  • The health consequences of consuming too much meat.
  • New records set on lifts.
  • Missed opportunities, past and present, to see Jane’s Addiction.
  • Record-setting Patrik Baboumian, vegan strongman.
  • Health motivation and discipline.
  • An attorney across the pond claimed jurisdiction is “axiomatic.”
  • Rare instances where the judge doesn’t bail-out the prosecutor.
  • Prepping for court by role-playing and confronting bureaucrats at low-risk-of-being-jailed city council meetings.
  • Driving a wedge between the judge and prosecutor by asking the judge if their determination is 1) because of their own say-so? or 2) because its based off the prosecutor’s evidence? Which one? 😉
  • Recognizing bias.
  • Statists making the gross association of anarchists with “sovereign citizens.”
  • WE need to be seen questioning THEM.
  • How will the roads be paid for? 😐
  • The key differences between psychopaths and normal people.
  • “Everything you know is a lie” ≅ “everything they say is a lie.”
  • Circular reasoning and non-sequiturs rear their ugly heads when attempting to get a stay/hold on a proceeding/assessment.

Caller’s Topics:

  • Jeremiah from WI/MI: asking the prosecutor for the same evidence that’s specified in the discovery request and motion to dismiss; “what facts or evidence they have to prove jurisdiction?” <> bass talk <> Roberts, WI increased police presence, worship, and force escalation <> the inherent unfairness and impartiality of the judge in relation to the prosecutor (they are both beneficiaries of the STATE) <> government addicts <> mass misunderstanding of what anarchy really is <> and what is the best resource to learn the Socratic questioning method?
  • Joe from HI: what exactly did you do to make the police want to stalk you in Mesa, AZ?

I’m devising a contest for anyone who can draw a picture of the following:
    “government”
    “national” security”
    “the public good”

and others as they come up.

  2. NonEntity Says:

Damn, Calvin! I mean, I appreciate your getting this out, but what about Halloween?

  3. NonEntity Says:

Re: veganism and nutritional issues. B12 must be supplemented as must vitamin K2 (discovered and classified as “X-factor” by Weston Price.) K2 is hard to obtain from normal non-animal sources and is critical for the proper disposition of calcium within the body. Thorne Research of Idaho makes a good supplement. As it’s hard to obtain even from animal sources this is a supplement of value to almost all people, which seems to apply to vitamin B12 as well.

  4. Steven Says:

Could there be a ‘third option’, as opposed to so called statism or so called anarchism?

How might ‘we’ make and enforce so called rules, with no so called rulers?

  5. NonEntity Says:

Steven, when you say “enforce,” do you consider this an aggressive stance? If not, how can you justify your position? I, personally, and I think many others here including Marc are seeking a society where all interactions are between voluntarily willing participants. When someone decides to “enforce” their position aren’t they presuming superiority over others? How do you get to be king?

  6. Andy Says:

Steven asked: “How might ‘we’ make and enforce so called rules, with no so called rulers?”

Rules are unenforceable. The force is within each self governing individual. Some do it better than others. Proof that rules are externally unenforceable is the frequency that they are violated. Employer’s rules of conduct, customer rules of conduct, spousal rules of conduct, some people hit, cheat, steal and etc.

There can be consequences to breaking a rule. You break a rule and out you go, even though sometimes that rule is broken.

  7. Matt Says:

Yo Marc, it’s Matt from germany, I’ll translate some of the documents later this week and email it to you…

  8. Steven Says:

‘Steven, when you say “enforce,” do you consider this an aggressive stance? If not, how can you justify your position?’

Did I say anything, or type? 😉 What do you mean by ‘aggressive stance’? What do you mean by ‘your position’?

‘There can be consequences to breaking a rule. You break a rule and out you go, even though sometimes that rule is broken.’

What do you mean by ‘out you go’?

How might ‘we’ decide what the so called rules are, and what the consequences are for breaking those so called rules, without being so called rulers?

  9. Andy Says:

Steven asked: “What do you mean by ‘out you go’?”

It means, for example, when you’re a customer/quest in my home or store and don’t abide by my rules I may tell you to leave. Aka, “out you go.”

Steven asks a second time: “How might ‘we’ decide what the so called rules are, and what the consequences are for breaking those so called rules, without being so called rulers?”

Dispute/conflict resolution organizations. One rule everyone, psychopaths included, agree on is, when I, or anyone, says to a person “leave me alone” I know what I’m doing and expect the person to leave me alone. Each person knows when he/she doesn’t want to interact with another individual. Beyond that universal rule, two or more people interacting decide on what their rules of interaction shall be.

  10. Steven Says:

“when you’re a customer/quest in my home or store and don’t abide by my rules I may tell you to leave”

What you gonna do if someone decides not to do as told in (what you seem to believe is) ‘your’ home or store?

‘Dispute/conflict resolution organizations. One rule everyone, psychopaths included, agree on is, when I, or anyone, says to a person “leave me alone” I know what I’m doing and expect the person to leave me alone. Each person knows when he/she doesn’t want to interact with another individual. Beyond that universal rule, two or more people interacting decide on what their rules of interaction shall be.’

Would you please explain these dispute/conflict resolution organizations in more detail? Specifically, how they (presumably) differ from so called courts?

  11. Andy Says:

P.S. Steven, I see from following the link in your name, Steven Richards, that you no longer link to the batman57 talkshoe. That it now links to your YouTube channel which is “over flowing” with batman videos and others that are proponents of basically the same as Clint Richards and Jan Irvin are proponents of. All CAPS STRAWMAN and etc.

  12. Andy Says:

Steven asked: “Would you please explain these dispute/conflict resolution organizations in more detail? Specifically, how they (presumably) differ from so called courts?”

I’ve asked you in the past to post a new thread to the forum to discuss your ideas. You have declined to do that. Short of you starting a thread on the forum, you can use any of the many search websites (google, bing, yahoo etc) to learn more about DROs

  13. Steven Says:

I believe I’ve heard Clint Richards speak, and from what I recall, he’s no where close to the same as so called Batman, at least how I see it. I fail to recall hearing Jan Irvin speak, but a quick google search leads me to believe he’s into conspiracy theories… so I doubt he’s anything like the so called Batman either 🙂

  14. Steven Says:

‘you can use any of the many search websites (google, bing, yahoo etc) to learn more about DROs’

Why? Seems you’re the one that believes something needs to change with regards to so called courts… 😀

  15. Andy Says:

Stevne asked: “Could there be a ‘third option’, as opposed to so called statism or so called anarchism? How might ‘we’ make and enforce so called rules, with no so called rulers?”

The forum is a robust medium for discussion of your ideas. If I post your questions to a new thread on the forum will you contribute to that thread?

  16. Steven Says:

What do you mean ‘your ideas’? You blaming me? 🙂 Could it be the so called idea has been around long before the so called Batman or I were born?

As for discussing ideas, I guess ‘I’m game’, as long as there is interest.

  17. Steve Says:

I thought this was the No State Project, but nearly 45 min was spent on veganism and weight lifting rants. Did you not have a program planned? I doubt seriously that people listen to the NSP for your Vegan rants. Why don’t you start another show for that purpose?

  18. Andy Says:

@ Steven, are you a proponent of courts and government? Are you a proponent of abolishing government?

  19. Steven Says:

Why be a so called proponent or opponent of anything?

Is it possible to abolish something that doesn’t exist? 😉

  20. Andy Says:

Why be a proponent of your life?

  21. Andy Says:

Steven, do you think “government” (aka, men and women that call themselves government providing services at the barrel of a gun) should be abolished?

  22. Steven Says:

    What you mean ‘your life’?

  23. Steven Says:

I believe should or shouldn’t questions fail to interest me… does that help brother?

  24. Andy Says:

Steven, do you want all interactions of individuals to be voluntary? Do you want “government” (aka, men and women that call themselves government providing services at the barrel of a gun) abolished?

  25. Steven Says:

What do you mean by all interactions being voluntary, and why would I care?

  26. Andy Says:

Steven here’s the link to the thread I just posted to the forum. Here’s the link: http://marcstevens.net/board/thread-8140.html

You can browse the forum. To join the forum: “New accounts are welcome, but you have to email me to create the account. This is only to stop the flood of spambots. Email me a username to marcstevens(at)mail(dot)com”

  27. NonEntity Says:

Steven sed, “What do you mean by all interactions being voluntary, and why would I care”

So you wouldn’t care one way or another if I shoved a gun in your face and demanded all your money and that you provide your daughter for my sexual pleasure? Why should you care? Have I got it right?

  28. Steven Says:

Are you claiming I ‘should’ care about a hypothetical? If I claim all interactions ‘should’ be voluntary, is that somehow gonna make less interactions involuntary?

Is the claim that interactions with so called courts aren’t voluntary? If so, have you considered that so called citizens claim to be or assume to be party to a controversy, then plea guilty, innocent, no contest etc? Seems voluntary to me… then it seems some complain about the outcome… sore losers?

  29. spooky2th Says:

Steven seems like another damon, to me. Here just to clog up the thread with useless non-answers to the many questions asked of him. No answers at all. That was damon’s MO. Question after question, damon wouldn’t answer anything. He’d just side step the questions with total BS. Guess the trolls are tag-teaming the web site now. How people can be so deceitfully dishonest is beyond me.

  30. Andy Says:

Spooky, that’s pretty much it. I mean, he asks “What do you mean by ‘your life’?”, is his response to the question: Why be a proponent of your life?

  31. dan Says:

No Steven, I pretty sure NonEntity was not being hypothetical

  32. Steven Says:

dan, what do you mean by hypothetical? it seems there’s no gun pointed at me, and there’s nobody i call daughter…

  33. Andy Says:

@Steven, waiting for your reply in our discussion on the forum: “Steven wants to know…” Here’s the link to my reply to you: http://marcstevens.net/board/thread-8140-post-55887.html#pid55887

  34. NonEntity Says:

    dan, NonEntity IS hypothetical! 😉

  35. stal jans Says:

    Andy, and non…

Steve Batmanshill Richards finally was dropped from the NSP chat, he keeps trolling with batTurd questions/arguments all day/night long, that was his 2nd time he was removed, (YAY)

Guess trolls get paid way to much to go play outside with real people, they’d rather screw with people on the net..to bad, one day he will learn, hopefully in court, when they to will get enough of him and send him to a looney bin.I can only hope and (I dont go to church, but this time only i will) pray he gets his karma handed on his troll but.

  36. David Says:

    Hello,
I’m living in Germany I would like to get in contact with Matt, the guy who get hit ticket tossed in Germany,

    Matt Says:

Yo Marc, it’s Matt from germany, I’ll translate some of the documents later this week and email it to you…

    Thanks for the great job
