Show Notes:

Caller’s Topics:

  • Pat from MA: the Marcratic method works better and makes more sense than sovereign citizen stuff tried in the past <> prosecutor after prosecutor could not provide evidence to prove jurisdiction <> success story: after the judge couldn’t do the prosecutor’s job and prove jurisdiction beyond pointing to the flag, the judge dismissed the case on grounds of “defective complaint language” <> on a separate “driving without permission” charge; the judge recused himself for his conflict-of-interest, and this complaint was eventually dismissed too! <> and another (third) complaint is being heard, pretrial coming-up this March 8th; paperwork already filed.
  • Jay from TX: have you ever followed-up on Pete’s tactic he mentioned in the comments section of Jamison’s dropped property tax assessment? <> preserving a recording of your own court proceedings <> how would one go about notifying a tax assessor? <> getting official admissions and positions in writing, or on the record, in some tangible form or another <> and having all your “ducks-in-a-row” to be able to effectively rebuttal their predictable NonsensE non-responses.
  • John from CA: would the Marcratic protocol help in a long, drawn-out child support case? <> wants to come at it from the angle of lack of standing and lack of proper notification <> and should I file a motion to ask questions, or just ask the judge directly?
  • Jason from CO: handling a restraining order legal-attack for enforcing “no trespassing” on a mining claim against a trespasser <> how would you build a defense when there actually is an apparent victim? <> freaked-out and hired a lawyer to handle one of the charges <> do I include my challenge to jurisdiction in my brief? <> and what happens if the transcript is untranscribable?
  • Michael from AZ: the judge bullied the defendant into a plea and set a trial date <> and how should I go about filing the motion to dismiss, Brady request, and motion to strike the plea?
  • Robbie from vegan-friendly OR: trial coming-up this Monday (media-reps anybody?) <> calling out prosecutorial and judicial misconduct on-the-fly, but then getting stonewalled by the judge <> the judge did state that the prosecution would have to prove jurisdiction at the trial (but will probably avoid addressing the evidence to prove applicability of the code) <> effectively cross-examining the witness on their personal firsthand knowledge of what facts and evidence there is to prove their assertion that their laws apply <> what are the most common responses you get when you point out that the prosecution has just disqualified their own witness? <> explaining the judge’s and prosecutor’s misconduct, and failure to establish a valid case, to a jury <> overcoming the intimidation and stress from a trial setting <> what tricks can I expect from the judge and prosecutor? <> explaining and summarizing your case to a jury <> and is it okay to object during the prosecution’s opening statements?

WOW! just tried to post a heart felt post…lo and behold glitch stopped it…I will leave it at that…I do NOT believe in “fate” but maybe just as well…

  2. TOM MIXX Says:

“did you get the dismissal in writing”? WTF? its called a disposition…DID YOU GET THE DISPOSITION? Damn it! I can NOT emphasize enough of that “disposition” …it WILL clearly indicate what the courts “disposition” IS….no emoticons here but beating the head against the wall seems appropriate..

  3. TOM MIXX Says:

If you want to know what “they” think happened , ESPECIALY if you left an “arraignment” thinking there was no plea entered get the disposition so you can file a motion to quash the plea you didn’t know was entered….yer killin me Marc…perhaps you should actually participate in your Skype chat once in a while.

  4. TOM MIXX Says:

Sending everyone to the NSP 101 crew whom have only one agenda to go to jail to prove a point might not be best.. What do YOU think MARC?

  5. TOM MIXX Says:

I heard some cat talk about “damage control” once upon a time, and another called it “cost analysis”…call it what you will but it AINT about goin to a cage…as the 101 crew and yer boy jo1 recently had 10 thrown into the cage. Has the goal changed?

  6. TOM MIXX Says:

Not here to “troll” actually just found out what that means. I am NOT here to “disrupt only to disrupt” I speak from the heart. Been here for almost 5 years and have seen much change to Marcs “work” and I don’t like it.. seems the idea of “damage control” has gone out the window.

  7. TOM MIXX Says:

1:04:00 you want to “stop comments on you tube” to yer videos? WTF?

  8. TOM MIXX Says:

  10. TOM MIXX Says:

“my response is a ba fongoll” prove it Marc…fuck these assholes and their opinions…stand up for what you say. Say what you mean and mean what you say. I do…challenge me ..

  11. Ronnie Says:

Hey Tom. Still on the fence about going vegan? If you are this might help.
I had to stop at part two, I couldn’t stomach it any longer.
In case the link doesn’t work, it is called Earthlings. It’s a documentary.
I think there is one in German? as well.

  12. NonEntity Says:

Aw Ronnie, you know that only white males, who have come of-age, Caucasians who are legally documented and permissioned with retina scans on file are capable of feeling pain. No other living things matter, so give it a rest, okay! Meat is yummy. That’s all you need to know. – NonEntitlement /sarcasm off
