NSP – May 3, 2017 – Bonus Wednesday Edition: Episode 19

Posted on May 5th, 2017 by Calvin

We talk with Rob from legal-land as he’s dealing with an out-of-control legal-attack where he was jailed for 8 days for asking about the nature and cause of the charges and proceedings being brought forward against him. Another piece of cautionary advice: do not use any Freeman/UCC/sovereign citizen -type legal tactics; it gives them all they need to dismiss you off and making frivolous arguments and dodge any more legitimate questions and issues you raise.

Hey Mahk, you gotz me to thinkin’. When asking about jurisdiction, might it be more interesting to phrase the question like this, “Is this based upon first hand personal knowledge or heresay?” That might kinda tend to force them to deal with the issue a tiny bit more seriously instead of just blowing it off as they usually do. Yer thots?
