NSP – Jun 14, 2017 – Bonus Wednesday Edition: Episode 23

Posted on June 15th, 2017 by Calvin

Show Notes:

  • Reporting on assisting with a recent IRS collection ‘due-process‘ hearing for a client and comparing it to past due-process hearing legal-attacks.
  • What is really “frivolous” is when a lawyer is making arguments outside the facts and evidence, not when you are holding the prosecution to their burden-to-prove all of their assertions with supporting facts and evidence. [Persecutors have a way of projecting themselves upon their victims like that, ya know?]
  • Frivolous is “so lacking in merit that it lacks no demonstration.”
  • You do not need a ‘power of attorney’ to assist another person in court proceedings (a.k.a.: a bureaucratic legal-attack); you can assist your fellow man by way of a ‘third-party authorization‘.
  • The agent actually tried to convince their victim that the IRS had a “legitimate lien” and they “had a right to file a notice of tax lien” without providing any supporting facts and evidence.
  • Asking someone to clarify and confirm their position is not really “a challenge to their position.
  • Forcing people to pay you means never having to have any evidence, it means never having to actually be fair, and never having to answer legitimate, but tough, questions.”
  • Shining a light on the cockroaches.
  • Pro tip: don’t let them get a good record of a gibberish, non-responsive argument or objection; interrupt them and verbally object to call them out on their non-responsiveness and frivolous assertions.
  • The trouble with getting bureaucrats to follow their own rules. […and talk about ‘anarchy‘…]
  • CoS – Tsion from the Maryland DOR – Aug 13, 2010
  • Because they rely on the fact of your physical location as an essential element to establish jurisdiction; it is fallacious to claim that “applicability of the law is a pure theoretical issue of law.”
  • Constantly taking notes and keeping a record of all of their appealable errors and misconduct violations to use against them later when you may have to appeal your railroading of a hearing.
  • Recognizing and overcoming the tired ole “divide and conquer” statist submission tactic.
  • Spotlighting and ostracizing government criminals.
