NSP – Jun 24, 2017 – Co-hosts: JT and Calvin

Posted on June 27th, 2017 by Calvin

Show Notes:

  • Breaking down Cory’s recent success story and how he was able to achieve the same conclusions and results as a group of 9th grade girls.
  • Responding to some of the piss-poor trolling from recent weak criticisms, such as their common lies that “jurisdiction is a pure theoretical issue of law” when they rely on the fact of your physical location as an essential element to establish jurisdiction or that “jurisdiction is an issue for trial” when trial is reserved for issues of fact.
  • Exposing the statist double-standard by using their statements and contradictions against them.
  • The failure of free-staters to actually stand up for their own when it’s not a trendy issue of cannabis decriminalization or topless equality.
  • Heavily zeroing-in on the prosecution’s prima facie burden during arraignment and pretrial proceedings to leverage against eventually being railroaded into a trial.
  • The Free State Project ostracizing some of their best advocates and activists such as Ian Freeman and Chris Cantwell.
  • Goldberg v. Kelly: due-process dictates that “the hearing must be meaningful.”
  • The head of the “Hendrickson Unit” admitted that she didn’t think James believed he had an obligation to pay taxes.
  • The common flopping-out of the “Frivolous Tax Arguments” document when they can’t produce the evidence that you’re asking for yet they claim they have.
  • The insanity of the coerced nature of complying with agreements and contracts forced upon you by psychopaths and persuading others to not comply with their own slavery.
  • Openly calling-out the courtroom fraud and misconduct in a tax evasion case hearing.
  • Making timely and proper objections every time the prosecution or judge responds without meeting their prima facie burden.
  • Using the unsigned plea of guilty is not submitting a conditional plea.
  • Disqualifying the witness on cross-examination.
  • It is generally considered gross misconduct when the prosecution continues to argue outside the facts and evidence.
  • The critical importance of responding with leading questions, do not leave your questions open for a rambling, non-responsive narrative from the judge or prosecutor. <-this ought to be worked on in more in the role-playing sessions
  • Overestimate your adversary, especially if they’re clever and intelligent.
  • Avoiding getting caught at a loss for words or a response.
  • Thanks to the support from Chris! Thanks to him, we now have new acoustic panels installed to improve the sound quality of the podcasts.
  • We will not be live again this coming Wednesday or Saturday Aug 5th when we will be attending the Jackalope Freedom Festival.
  • A big thanks for the Iron Maiden tickets!
  • …and closing with some music and festival talk.

Caller’s Topics:

  • T-Razz from the Midwest: update on his recent arraignment hearing against a drug possession legal-attack <> the judge kept kicking the prosecution’s prima facie burden-of-proof down the road <> the judge failed to specifically state their grounds for denying the motion to dismiss <> objecting to the judge forcing a plea and trial upon the defendant that wasn’t refusing to plea <> pointing out the judge’s threats of violence <> filing for discovery, Brady requests, motion to dismiss, and a complaint for prosecutorial misconduct <> and what should I focus on to best prepare for trial?
