The script is from a criminal proceeding that also had a civil charge, this is very common in traffic proceedings. The script has been successfully used in traffic and other criminal proceedings, including drug cases. The script includes the line of questions from the video about not getting a fair trial. The MP3 is from an all day seminar I did in Colorado Springs covering the foundational information of the court procedure, it does not include court procedure.
Austin Workshop
Austin Workshop in MP3 format. In this all day workshop, we discussed court procedure and dealing with bureaucrats in general. We used the criminal script as a basis and role-played. We also discussed how to deal with tax issues.Motion to Strike/Dismiss Template
There are four templates, 1. state criminal; 2. state civil; 3. federal criminal and 4. federal civil. The grounds of the motions (demurrer in California) are a lack of standing and no corpus delecti. The cross-reference is here. While the motion was written for Arizona, there are equivalents listed for every "state" in the cross-reference. The motion was been used successfully in many ypes of proceedings, even when the motion is summarily denied or not ruled on, the cop does not show up more than 50% of the time and the ticket is kicked out.Script

Phone consultations with Marc. $100 p/hr. Phone consultations involve a break down of your situation and examples of how to effectively get problems resolved i.e., what I have done in the past, why they were done and the results. We also discuss what to do if the problem isn't initially resolved. On a limited basis, I also act as a representative in tax cases where being a lawyer is not required, such as with the California Francise Tax Board.
