Return Policy & Contact Information

Posted on December 5th, 2005 by Marc Stevens

All sales are final.  There are no refunds unless I cannot ship a product within a week of purchase.  If there is a question with a purchase or a problem processing an order, please email first at marcstevens (at) marcstevens (dot) net or marcstevens(at)mail(dot)com.  You may also reach me at (602) 635-1974 from 8:00am Ariz. time through 5:00 pm M-F and skype at username frankrizzo3.  I’m sorry but no orders are processed on Sunday, though everything except paperback sales and consults should be fully automated soon.

Unless you have a scheduled consult, this is a customer service number only and not for general questions about court and dealing with political attacks.  I spend most of my day on the phone speaking with the most pleasant tax agents, so my time is limited for phone calls, though I would rather speak with you than an IRS agent.  Please do not call just to ask a few questions about court, that is what consults are for and the radio show.  This number is being abused, again: I will not return any messages asking me to call for a few minutes.  You’ll need to set up a consult.

Also, if you email me a wall of text, then I probably will not read it.  If you email me telling me to call you right away I won’t.  You’ll have to set up a phone consult so we can set an appointment.

Mailing address has changed as of 1 October 2016.  If sending a check or money order, please leave the pay to line blank, do not put “cash” in, leave it blank.  The NEW mailing address is: G.M. or Occupant 1496 N. Higley Rd., Suite 102-37 Gilbert, Arizona 85234.

Have you heard about the Occupy Wall Street protests and Occupy Together protests springing up all over the u.s.a.? There are a lot of people being exploited and injured by the police that have NO CLUE about anything to do with common law/trust law/corporate law….. and their lawyers apparently advised them to maybe file a class-action lawsuit….. I see problems and am on my way, as I am fresh on this topic and learning from you and other people online I decided to send a msg to the people that have taught me so much. There are gathering LARGE numbers of passionate people that just need a little direction, as I said I am fresh on these topics but it is so hidden in plain sight… and really quite simple once you break it down… yea like i said, just passing on the info

Myself ,my brother and a few other individuals want to know if you have been sucessful at helping your clients stop property taxes.I wanted to expand an organic farm ,but the tax costs have stopped me completely from doing so.Please let me know if you have been sucessful at this ,right now its very important to me.And what would be my approx costs (investment or costs with you).I love organic farming ,but the land taxes, and taxes on new buildings would make it very difficult to make it.I would love nothing better than to beat these (FILTHY COUNTY TAX WHORES ).thank you. P.S. I was at a meeting where for the first time I personally met Joyce Riley at the power hour at a Missouri meeting.and she is nothing more than a(DAMN 2 BIT HUSTLER,and could care less about really getting the troops really healthy, why do I tell you this is because of what happened to me,coinsides greatly with getting all those men and women HEALTYH NOW,and I can take all that I now know and get anyone healthy (NO MATTER WHAT IS SUPPOSODELY WHRONG WITH THEM ). thank you, Terry Owens

Me and another cab driver in an Iowa town went to court for traffic tickets, they were p.o.that we know that it’s bs.they did exactly what Marc said they would, they broke the rules and they both defended the officers.if you look at what court is supped be,fair it’s not.he didn’t get thrown out,I did.his case the judge lied when he asked if every case has to have corpis delecti.but in both cases we witnessed each others case,we should win on appeal.1 of the witnesses I had used to work at a gas station with the cop that wrote me a ticket,he said you friend is smart they don’t have anything on him,(me)
