Trey sent these court documents today: dismissal one; dismissal two. I don’t have many details to report, they are traffic tickets. Trey filed a motion to dismiss for each and both were summarily denied. However, seventy-five percent of the time the motion is filed, the cops don’t bother showing up. That’s what happened here and the prosecutor filed their own motions to dismiss and the judge dismissed.
Keep in mind cops are supposed to be under subpoena and more than a few people have reported seeing the cop in the court building. He’s there for other tickets, but for some reason not available for us.
Congrats Trey, another example of damage control.
