I like your method and got to use a little of it today in a trial, a trial I was intending to appeal from the time I walked in. This little county in Alabama railroaded me, I hit the media wide open of coarse their version which made me look like a terrorist. All of this stemmed from a non probable cause road stop at 1am in the morning, the accusing charge for the stop was impeding the flow of traffic and I was the only one on the road, it led to multiple charges for which I was charged with 1500 bucks plus 360 days in jail, I showed no fear and appealed. While the prosecuting addummy was asking for maximum sentencing and fines I asked ” where was the evidence of the complaining party” I was ignored and left knowing that it didn’t matter there anyway in a court of no record. When I showed up there were 20-30 armed men a metal detector and the media. I feel I can use standing in the circuit court to overcome this, I’ve already sent an averment for them to answer to no avail and it was requesting proof of an injured party. I feel good about getting this into a court of record and using your questions to the cops, cause of action, standing and everything else I can hit them with. There is more to my story but my argument is constitutional so it may take another appeal or two, this is my first time doing this, I think your method will help shorten things up. I’m scared and mad. Cheers!
