NSP – Jan 25, 2014 – Co-host: JT

Posted on January 26th, 2014 by Calvin

Co-host: JT.

Show Notes:

Caller’s Topics:

  • Steven from CA: the judge did not explain his grounds for blind denial on a motion to demur that clearly focused on the prosecution’s lack of evidence <> the judge says the filed paperwork was “religious in nature,” despite the fact that the judge is the one dressed like a priest [+1 Dr. Mindbender] <> judges are scared that people are waking up to the fact that there is no evidence to support the facade that is the STATE <> sticking to subject-matter jurisdiction and that the citation is not evidence or proof of anything <> judge claims jurisdiction because of geographic location <> openly stating the significance of the actor’s roles in the courtroom, fictitious name representation, no evidence of applicability, and the fringed flag in the court as part of an admiralty proceeding <> and vacating the current judge’s ruling, requesting a new hearing, and requesting a change of judge.
  • Martin from OR: investigating unknown court dates associated with being pulled out of the car and arrested for not producing ID papers and a myriad of other arbitrary BINGO-ticket charges <> getting discovery of video evidence before entering a plea <> preparing to ask questions of evidence of jurisdiction at an arraignment appearance this coming Tuesday <> falling down the “government is attempting to contract with you” rabbit hole <> what to do when the judge says you are refusing to plea <> and is it necessary to notify the sheriff of your motives and intent of asking questions that will predictably elicit a rise of hostility from psychopathic judges?
  • Matthew from Australia: If they accuse you of playing games, tell ’em ‘I understand quite well that my life is in danger right now in this room so I’m absolutely not playing games.  That doesn’t mean that I’m such a coward that I’ll give you all a free pass on your claims against me.’
  • Brett from CA: success story: full story on his traffic ticket kicked from court <> asking “if you can get a fair trail” was deemed “borderline contemptuous” <> getting discovery of all the evidence the prosecution will be using to mount their case <> and the complaint was quickly dismissed from court, cop was a no-show.
  • Brandon from CA: being picked up on a warrant for felony drug offenses <> how to proceed when a non-violent offender loved-one is behind bars <> hotel raid to execute a warrant arrest <> bureaucrats dismissing those who ask questions of evidence as “sovereign citizens” <> and how to fire a public defender so you can proceed pro per/se.
  • John from NC: objecting to a witness via voir dire to question whether they have direct evidence that the code and constitution apply before they are allowed to testify <> comparative examples to best illustrate jurisdiction through metaphor <> thoughts on the psychopath Jennine Purrington and like criminals of Washington State’s DOR <> how to counter a judge when he claims the rules apply because you’re simply making an appearance before the court <> students picking up the fact that just because something is written on paper, that doesn’t necessarily mean it applies to you by default <> and mass civil-disobedience in the courtrooms.
  • Eric from CA: solving the issue of clerks not accepting paperwork from pro-se litigants <> dabbling in FMOTL legal theories in court <> how to raise issues once you’re already scheduled for a trial <> and adventures in plea bargaining charges in court.

Q: Before getting into the actual courtroom psychopath realm, is it possible to helpufully persuade the “Peace Officer” to withdraw or drop his allegation? (before the arraignment)

I.e. if Officer friendly thinks there is even a 1% chance of him getting sued, his bonding/employ-ability investigated or suspended or removed, charged with a Federal crime or two while a possible lien may be placed against his property, affecting his credit score, until the Federal suit, also naming his supervisors, (USC 42 1983) is resolved over 1-5 years. A nicely worded letter politely inviting him for his bonding info, liability insurance info, list of owned properties, evidence of valid cause of action, evidence of alleged jurisdiction and applicability etc. may give him time to re-consider & “correct” his allegation and go pick on other, weaker, prey.

It seems the weak link in the whole affair may be the lowly (non-attorney) officer. Or, it may be worth a shot across the bow, so to speak before having to face the black robe and his co-conspirator. And, also before the judge tries to plea you into the trial.
