A little late, but here is the first of the videos of the interview I did with Ernest Hancock at his Freedoms Phoenix studio on July 7, 2010. We spoke about voluntaryism, agorism, and showed there is no state. We attack the perception of legitimacy those called "government" need so bad to stay in business, yeah we had some fun. Governments are just gangs of men & women incapable/unwilling to bring their services to the market like normal people viz., on a voluntary basis. I finally got the 1st part embedded here, you can see the rest on the forum here.PorcFest 2010!

I'm setting up seminars and workshops for this year regarding dealing with legal attacks. This is for damage control; once attacked by a bureaucrat you've already lost; this is to limit the damage they are going to do.* How to effectively cross-examine/question a witness to have him/her declared incompetent
This is the infamous IRS call where the agent laughs when he asserts he doesn't need proof. It's refreshing to see some honesty from the low level tyrants.
I have arrangements and dates set for two more workshops this year, pre-registration is encouraged, please register soon to ensure the below dates. You can register by using the donation button on the homepage or by sending cash, check or money order to Marc Stevens P.O. Box 31258 Mesa, Arizona 85275-1258.
October 18, 2010, Hilton Universal City Hotel in Hollywood, California. This is during Libertopia 2010.

If you're unfortunate to have gotten a traffic ticket, keep the following tips in mind, your chances of getting it kicked out are much greater:
1. Do not be argumentative.
2. Don’t bring your own opinion or arguments to convince the judge.
3. Stick to the facts.
4. Repeat I am not an attorney I don’t understand.
5. Don’t object and press a particular point more than twice.
6. Stay on point.
7. Only accept responsive answers to questions.
8. Ask questions
9. Get judge and, or the prosecutor to commit to positions.
10. Use those positions/arguments against the judge or prosecutor.
